It's a real good quality and practical product. The pan stays perfectly flat in the oven, no warping at all. The bottom is also smooth so I use that side to bake croissants the way I like it.

Excellent product

I have been searching for a cookie sheet/tray that optimizes the space in my Breville toaster oven; however, most are either too large or too small. This is the only one that has approached the Baby Bear "just right" size. Yes, I would have preferred it to be an inch longer and two inches wider to maximize coverage of the rack. Yes, an aluminum tray, instead of stainless, would distribute heat more efficiently. Despite that, this cookie sheet comes closest to the perfect size. Its sides are straight up instead of flared so that most of the 12.25" x 9.75 dimension is usable cooking space. (A flat sheet might be even better, but I haven't found one of those in this size.)Stainless, unlike aluminum, is dishwasher-safe, so there's that. The mirrored finish makes it a breeze to wash by hand, although some tough messes will require scrubbing. I like that stainless does not give off any toxic fumes the way most nonstick surfaces will at high heat.I'm really happy with this pan. I just hope that someday Breville or this manufacturer sells a pan that more fully fills my toaster oven.-- Debbie Lee Wesselmann

I got 2 of the 10in trays and they fit perfectly in my toaster overn; however, I use them as food prep trays more than anything. They work great for just about anything you're preparing. Meat, fish, vegetables, pastries. They are easy to hand wash and get stored in the toaster oven. The only negative is that I wish that they were made from a higher grade of stainless steel and that the trays were deeper. Maybe 2in high instead of just 1. Otherwise, I love these. It makes food prep much more manageable to slean up with when I have many veggies to chop up or meats to bread/season.

Beautiful and perfect condition

I purchased this to use in my toaster oven and it fits perfectly! The material is very heavyweight and sturdy. It is also easily covered by a single pop up foil sheet for super fast cleanup. It's dishwasher safe and comes out spotless and looking like a mirror. The size is great for about four cookies, a couple croissants, or a single serving of fish sticks and tater tots (or similar). I've washed it numerous times since I got it and it still looks brand new with no scratches.Overall, this is high quality and the perfect size for toaster ovens and I highly recommend it.

This review is for the 16" model."Zacfton" made a good sheet pan.On the thin side, but this isn't a bad thing: it's not too heavy, and gets a nicer brown on the bottom of whatever you're cooking than some thicker pans. The rolled rim gives it a nice sturdiness even when full. I would not necessarily choose this for something exceptionally heavy, like large poultry, but it's totally perfect for rolls, cookies, fish, sheet pan veggies, etc.The pan definitely warps and moves (and can pop loudly) when heating and cooling. I don't see it mentioned much here in these reviews, but it's good to be aware of it. Shouldn't be an issue for anything but the most incredibly delicate food, as it only moves about 1/4" when it warps.As easy to clean as any stainless is, and anything that sticks can be soaked off.If I needed another similar pan, I'd probably buy this one again.*not compensated in any way for this review*
