Product came well packaged in an Amazon box, then wrapped in brown packing material to prevent shifting. The Hot Toys box is wrapped directly in the brown packaging material with no HT shipper, but has sealed plastic wrap. Item was complete and extremely well made. Very happy with the face sculpts and material of the coat and hat. Great price for a waitlisted item as well. No additional customs cost; all was included in the free international shipping via DHL and taken care of by Amazon
