Fantastic item - we took a few to Florida with us - was a god send after a day of walking around Disney world when our feet were on fire

These are good for achy feet, you just need to put feet in, sometimes stick tape round ackle a little, they naturally warm your feet with epson salt, menthol, shea butter and essential oils for 30 minutes, get a towel next to you when taking off to wipe down. They work well, especially if you're standing all day.
