Been taking these pills for 5 months and my hair has grown about 7inches nails grow so fast too! This is a great product and I recommend it to all my girlfriends. The pills are 3 if you take it on an empty stomach you might burp a bit or have a little after taste but nothing bad. I took them everyday and the results are amazing. Even my hair dresser was surprised at how long my hair was and the amount of new baby hair.

Easy to swallow doesn't smell too good but all the way around a decent product

I have been using this product for about 6 months now and my nails have totally grown out from the base. They are so nice and hard. No peeling, chipping or tearing. Ridges are filling in. I have not noticed a difference in thickness of my hair. My skin is more resilient and not as crepe. I have just purchased my third bottle.

I liked it I saw an improvement in my nails but it does makes me burp a lot

These are a great value for how effective they are! I've tried numerous vitamins from higher priced brands and these work just as well. They do leave a fish oil after taste. I've found that taking them before bed is the best route as the aftertaste is gone by morning. They are larger sized pills and you take 3 a day so if you struggle with that- these might not be the best route. Very effective and easy to add to routine!
