Love this, This is the ONLY vitamin that I have stuck with long term! WHY? It works: both my mood and energy have improved. It’s easy to take: I get the vanilla, and I simply put it in my morning coffee-something I would have anyway so it helps me stay consistent. After blood tests my dr wanted me on a vitamin d and after taking this and follow up tests, I’m in the normal range again and I will continue taking it so I don’t go low again. Highly recommend!

QUALITY: The “Vanilla” flavor has amazing quality and taste! I tend to take this in the mornings before drinking my coffee. I’ve tried other flavors like, Mocha, Strawberry and plain, which are also good to me. I like the Vanilla best right now because it’s light and subtle not over powering. VALUE FOR MONEY: IMHO.. Nusava, is fairly priced for what you get health-benefit wise from this amazing product. ENERGY LEVELS: My energy levels are noticeably improved and my hunger is controlled substantially whenever I take this, this was an unexpected side benefit that I have come to love and I’ve been taking Nusava daily now for over 2 years. Whenever, I’ve run out, I am very low on energy, I don’t feel like working out, I’m super hungry and my hair noticeably falls out way more than usual .. However, whenever I take this daily —and consistently —- none of that happens! I’ve even experimented with taking an extra dropper later in the day right after a heavy meal in the evening and it helps with digestion too and preventing weight gain; (I’ve personally found .. when using an additional dose occasionally for this reason.) I was very impressed by the combination of vitamins in this oil. It's easy to take, although I see why they recommend mixing it in with something - the flavor is a little funky, but not all completely bad. It has no odor, the color is clear. I am anxious to see if it helps with cholesterol and with my hair loss. Time will tell. I've only been taking it about a week so far.

Excellent flavor and it has helped me stay free of illness for years now. Just remember that regular hormone D3 (it's not really a vitamin) can use up a good bit of your Vitamin B1 and B5 which may put you in a deficiency aftera year or so of regular use. So at first I really liked this product. taste was fine, my husband even liked it in his coffee. I make tinctures, so I clean and save these dropper bottles for when I make my medicinal. I was really dissapointed to see that the dropper and top are *glued* together! this is completely unnecessary and runs the risk of leeching into the oil. unfortunately will no longer be ordering because I don't want to ingest glue. I have gone through 3 bottles so far, and each one had the glue, so it wasn't just one that had this. I have never seen this with any other dropper I've used, and have always used droppers with success sans glue.

I love these. Since I have been adding to my daughter's night and morning bottles with baby probiotic drops too she has not been sick. She is 3.5 now and at daycare during the week so she is exposed to lots of germs. She has a great immune system. So happy with them.

Works great! Mixes easily into my coffee or green foods drink. Didn’t care for the Mocha flavor so I switched to vanilla. Consistent use of this and I have reached a “ Sufficient “ status on my blood work for Vitamin D. I have been working on this for years and this product helped me get to the finish line faster! I still take almost daily. Highly recommend!
