Effortless Waves - Lightweight Wave Styling Spray, Reduces Frizz, Easy Styling for Wavy Curls, Vegan & Cruelty Free

I have 2a/b, course, medium density, low porosity, long (mid back) hair. I’ve struggled with products for years because if they’re too heavy they’ll moisturize my hair and leave it feeling so nice, but they weigh down my waves. But weightless products will leave it too fluffy for my liking. I also don’t like the feeling of products in my hair, and some products make my hair take 6+ hours to dry. Problem is, I like just a little *something* to enhance my texture (without anything it’s very “Hermione granger Sorcerer’s Stone era fluff) This. Product. It is everything. It smells lovely and the scent doesn’t linger, it easily refreshes with a little dampening, it doesn’t leave a feeling or stickiness in my hair, and it gives the softest most romantic waves that will last several days (and subtly enhance braid waves I get if I sleep with my hair braided) I have found 2 ways to use it effectively: 1. Wash, condition in shower. Apply leave-in conditioner. With nearly dripping wet hair, divide hair into sections, spray liberally with the product and scrunch with hands, then a microfiber towel. Let air dry or diffuse. This leaves a pretty, beachy effect that doesn’t fluff up in the very humid area I live. And it’s totally touchable! (Very important for me) 2. My favorite way to use this: shower in the evening. Wash and condition, apply leave in conditioner. Let air dry most of the way, then blow dry if it’s not dry before bed so I’m not going to bed with wet hair. Braid loosely before bed. In the morning, release from from the braids, dampen the mid-lengths and ends, and spray liberally to the damp hair. It uses less product, and gives the most romantic, well-held but soft enhancement to my waves. I’m pretty sure I’ll cry if Curlsmith ever stops making this. It’s pure magic.

After decades of straightening my hair and using bleach, I’m new to the curly girl journey. I purchased the Curl Smith products and specifically this one due to having a trial size version as well as reviews from others with similar hair type as mine. I am not disappointed and will be purchasing regular size to care for my hair. It is almost weightless, smells nice, does not leave my hair sticky or weighted down. My curls or waves are looking better and better. It’s not cheap but it works. I’m not into fake eyebrows, eyelashes or nail tips, all of which are expensive: I think having nice hair is worth spending extra money, just like the people who spend extra on eyes, eyebrows and nails. Just don’t tell my hubby, lol. This product doesn’t make my hair look oily and texture is nice. I’d take a picture but my hair is in a bun and I’ve not perfected the process. Maybe on my next Curl Smith product I will be ready to share a pic of my new found locks.

Helps hold waves as advertised, but definitely feels sticky

This is the second bottle I have received without a cap. The first bottle leaked all over and half the product was gone. The next one I received did not leak but again did not have a cap. I really love this product, leaves hair leaving soft and curls looking great but for this price I expect more.

I decided to purchase after a recommendation from swavy curly Courtney on YouTube. I have similar hair and was looking for a one and done way to do my wavy hair quickly. I wash and condition my hair and comb out with wide tooth comb and spray this generously all over my hair and scrunch, plop for a few minutes then spray again, diffuse and done. I usually give it an hr before I fluff just to make sure my hair is all the way dry. It beautiful and perfect for two full days. The only down side of this is the smell it’s rosy and it hangs out. I get strong whiffs through out the day. I’d like it much better if it was just toned down. I have never tried a better product for my wavy hair. It’s spendy I admit but even with the amount I use it will last forever since I just wash my hair twice a week. Definitely worth it for how easy this makes my routine and how good it makes my hair look.

I love this product, its the only product that is lightweight enough for my wavy hair to curl up properly. It smells really good, and even if you dont like the fragrance its easy to cover it up with perfume. The product itself dries very quickly and once you shake/clap out the stiffness it is very soft and bouncy. I have worked multiple full day shifts as a waitress with this product in my hair and my hands constantly running through my hair as well as hair clips holding my hair back and by the end of the night when i get home at 11 pm my hair is still just as boucy and curly as it was when i left the house. This is an extremely effective product that I would definitely buy again.

I’ve completely written off any curlsmith products. Completely bogus product line. I’ve tried a bunch and they all suck. No wave or curl enhancement. Every product left hair damaged and dry as bone. Some high hold labels are a total lie. They do not hold at all. Avoiding anything from them

I have wavy, frizzy, thick hair and this works great. Moisturizes, stops some frizz and my waves look great

Avro’ anche un capello difficile (mosso, sottile, poco folto e tendente al crespo) ma questo prodotto non da alcun beneficio mentre appesantisce, cioe’ lascia quella sgradevole sensazione di prodotto sui capelli. Che posso accettare solo se ho in cambio un qualche risultato decente. Ma cosi’ non e’. Per me e’ bocciato

Absolutely brilliant just buying another bottle now Beautiful smell and it does hold the curled without stiffness, bit pricey for such a small bottle but worth it.

Empfehlenswert für feine, wellige bis lockige Haare, die zu frizz neigen.
