What size is large 11,12,13,14?

I'm a10.5/11.. large always fits me fine.

The description says imported but the company also claims these are made in Vermont, which is it?

According to their website they are still made in Vermont.. the actual merino wool is implored from new Zealand and other places. But they claim all socks are knitted(made) in Vermont.. I think they are excellent socks and will continue to wear them Winter Spring Summer Fall.
