This puzzle is so hard!! We are still putting it together but it’s been challenging and in! Probably the hardest puzzle we’ve ever done. It’s good quality and the picture is so pretty can’t wait to see it complete!

I’m an avid puzzler and do 1-2 puzzles a week and not all are created equally but this one is well worth the money. Beautiful puzzle. Sturdy and durable pieces. Challenging but not impossible.

This 1000-piece puzzle was such a joy to work on! The pieces are sturdy, well-cut, and fit together perfectly—no peeling or bent edges like you sometimes get with other brands. The printing quality is sharp and vibrant, which makes the finished picture look stunning. I also appreciated that there was no “false fitting”—each piece only goes where it truly belongs. It made the whole experience smooth, challenging, and fun. Definitely a puzzle I’d recommend for anyone who loves quality and detail!

Challenging puzzle. I did a 3000 Where's Waldo puzzle, and this puzzle was close in difficulty. The puzzle is beautiful and the pieces are good quality. It is missing a piece, which is why I have given 4 stars but support has been great and is supposed to send out a replacement piece. Once I receive missing piece I will change to 5 stars. We have another puzzle of the same brand, and we are looking forward to doing another one.

Really great quality puzzles. The pieces are thick and fit together nicely. I always appreciate a puzzle where you can fit pieces and then move them around the board without them falling apart. AND, a nice little bonus, it came well before the expected delivery date

This is a beautiful, colourful puzzle that was challenging and enjoyable to complete. While working on it, I realized a piece might be missing, so I finished the puzzle to confirm. The puzzle included a website where I could request a replacement. I submitted a photo of the completed puzzle showing the empty spot, and they sent me the missing piece. Although discovering a missing piece is frustrating, the easy replacement process made this a positive experience. I specifically chose Cross & Glory because the listing promised missing-piece support, and I’m happy to confirm that they delivered. Five stars for the puzzle and excellent customer service!
