I got put onto this by another tradesmen. After seeing it, I was impressed, it’s good quality compared to others you see. Has everything you need and does the job well. Keeps the food very hot, it’s easy to clean and I think it’s very reasonably priced.

I got this for my partner who is a trucker and is on the road quite a bit, the heating performance was good and he was using it to heat ready meals along with home prepped meals too. It has been very durable and easy to clean.

Perfect for traveling, plenty of space and easy to use the cover seals it everything up perfectly so there will be no leaks also comes with travelling bag where you can keep the lunch box and still have plenty of space for other stuff . It’s totally worth the money.

Heats my lunch on the 12v car plug in about 40 minutes, you could say its slow but the gentle heat is better over time. Would like the stainless to be better quality in regards to the food container's, otherwise I am really happy with everything else

I started to use this for overnight hotel stays with work and it’s a total game changer. I can bring home cooked meals to reheat and no longer have to rely on unhealthy and expensive restaurant food. 20-30 minutes for piping hot food. Brilliant! Components feel well made and of good quality including cutlery set. Versatile piece of kit. Even used the small container with a lid as a makeshift hot water bottle. We are also keen caravaners and I can see this being really useful for van life too. I keep it in my car boot so it’s always to hand.

Bought this a while ago but didn't get to use it until today, absolutely gutted I didn't try it out sooner because it is not very good at all. I get an hour for my dinner, I plugged the box in 40 minutes before my break. The instructions say to set how long you want it on for, I think it's 20 minutes or 40 minutes....there are no buttons to change settings. At the start of my break I opened the box to be greeted by room temperature chicken (I had 2x cooked sliced chicken breast with a drizzle of water as instructed to do so by manual) by the end of my break it was still not hot, which by this point had been 1 hour 40 minutes. I felt the "hot" plate under the metal compartment which stores your food, I could place my hand on it and hold it there without it burning me. Thankfully we have a microwave so 2 minutes in there achieved what this couldn't after 100 minutes.
