Putting it on in the wind

I find this so light and easy to carry around on my mobility scooter. On arrival at my parking place it's quick and easy to put on and the elastic hem stops the wind from blowing it off. Watertight and looks neat.

It does exacly what it says on the box. I got this for my Wife who is disabled, she is well pleased with it, it is light and easy to operate, compared to previous covers we have had, it is a definite improvement.
