perfect for pre workout

I am going to turn 40 this year. Every day my trainer comes to my home and makes me workout. I have some basic equipment. I have used some outstanding pre workout powders like Yeah Buddy and Kaged Preworkout. However, ON is a reputed brand and they are selling this for a very reasonable price so I had to find out what is going on. This review is being written after 4-5 uses. What does it taste like? It tastes very bad. If you don't mix well, the powder will make you want to throw up. It's very synthetic, strong. Flavour is not good. Does it mix easily? yes and no - since the serving size is quite big, the lumps inevitably remain when I use fork to mix it. Ideally you need a tall beer glass in which you should mix this with 400ml of water. Effect? No immediate high tension feeling. You will not get burning/itching sensation on your skin. Workout effect? Your focus improves. Your muscles feel ready to work. You will sweat within 20 minutes of using this. This is a standout feature. Other preworkouts may not make me sweat but this pre-workout always makes me sweat. I have managed to do 50-60 sessions with relative ease. I like this powder. Overall? For the price, quality, effect - I highly recommend it. But it could be a little more natural. But O.N does not make natural products. Kaged is way more natural than this. But it is not easily available and the sellers are suspect on amazon. **UPDATE 17th October 2024** I am on my second box and want to just say the taste improves over time. The effect is not as good as more expensive Preworkouts but on a single serving you will get a decent blast for 30-40 minutes. Don't expect to do 90 minute marathon sessions with this. For the price this could also be a 5 star product.

I haven’t used many pre workout supplements. But found this one of the best. Although it’s not technically a pre workout supplement only.

This product is not even suitable for beginners

Got it for 599 , per pack is for 40 rupees . Good part : It has caffeine and creatine so you don't need that extra supplement . Negative: You don't get that tingling sensation . Also it taste like medicine . Overall it is like a fine whiskey which doesn't give you instant high but keep that boost up for upto 2-3 hours ( maybe because of caffeine)

Product Rating: 4/5 Writing this review after more than 5 months of consuming this same product after repeat purchases. FLAVOR: I have tried both the flavors, Green Apple and Fruit Punch. I would say Fruit Punch is almost like drinking a syrup. I don't mind the strong taste as much as I dislike the smell that lingers in your breath. Surprisingly that smell of Fruit Punch flavor stays in the shaker forever even after countless thorough washes. However, the Green Apple flavor is delicious. Both of them taste artificial but green apple is still pretty appealing and feels nice to consume daily. PERFORMANCE: The boost of energy it gives is decently good and there's no crash after the workout. DIGESTION: So far I have not faced any digestion issues. Infact, I must share that people who consume black coffee for similar caffeine boost face more bloating and stomach issues.
