Okay so I read the reviews before I purchased - from what I saw it had great feed back. I can attest to this - I am SHOCKED, honestly at the effectiveness. I purchased this for a few reasons, 1. My schedule is so busy, I’m always doing stuff and my jobs are both very physical yet I suffer from ailments galore. 2. I am having my second hip surgery this winter, and I thought it would be a good thing to keep my arm muscles stimulated while bed ridden for 2-6 weeks. 3. I’m getting married next year and the fear of losing my body this winter from surgery and not being able to get it back in time freaks me out. 4. It was an excellent prime deal and reasons 1-3 warranted the deal! The quality, intensity modes, and the fact that there are so many different “exercise” patterns/modes is very impressive. Not only do I actually break a sweat, feel my abdominal muscles and arm muscles WORKING… my nerve pain has been so much better since I started using these! Almost like an intense TENS unit, but TENS units never have been able to help me. I wasn’t expecting to get pain relief from this, but I’m sure glad I have! The only thing is that I wish there was a way to make them tighten more, I have skinny arms and I’m just barely making it where it can get some Velcro after wrapping it to the tightest. The tummy one also seems a little big for me, maybe wish the fit was peaked more at the center of the belly. Regardless, I make it work. I use these several times a day. I’m honestly obsessed! Buy it!

I had my doubts about these belts (the one for the ab and the two for the arms. I love the settings on them and the fact that you can recharge the digital display battery electrodes. The power is strong; therefore it doesn’t have to be cranked up all the way to be effective. It has help my lower ab to get into shape, and my biceps to be stronger. In fact I use the arm belt to help with a muscle strain at the gym and it took away the pain, these belts are worth the money. Came in a very nice plastic and box which looked very sophisticated. I would purchase them again I have to.

I had used a professional EMS machine previously at my health club and loved it. Then I moved away, and really missed the EMS experience. I looked at these ones online, read the reviews, was skeptical, etc... but finally took the plunge. Long story short, this is great -- to say you can "feel it" working is an understatement. Very intense, if you dial it in that way (but you can also turn the settings down low, too). Also has an impressive battery life on a full charge.Only issue: the controller is VERY sensitive, and as such, I find myself 'bumping it' all the time, which can get pretty annoying. Easy design fix, but as it is, if I wear it under my shirt the material from my shirt will constantly bump the controls. There is room to improve that. But, I would buy again.

This thing is an absolute marble of science, the one thing that sticks out to me is that it works on more places than just your abs and arms. You can put this on your legs, move it up and down to work, your shoulders, triceps, and biceps, but beware the settings Are brutal on high!

This muscle stimulator arrived beautifully packaged and all components were nicely wrapped. Instructions included were clear and simple to follow. I have been using this for a few weeks now and it provides definite muscle stimulation and I am able to use it while sitting at my computer. I like that it automatically shuts off after the 20 minute workout is complete. I like the durable box that it comes in as I use it to store the device between workouts. It performs exactly as described, is a very good value and is a great quality. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

I'm impressed with how well it works and the power it has, its easy to take care of, charge and clean, and can be used after a workout for a muscle relaxing massage. I use these settings as of right now, lv 4 in mode 1 on my arms for a workout, and lv 4 in mode 3 for a after workout thing. For my stomach I use lv 8 in mode 1 for muscle workouts and for fat loss lv 9 or 10 on I believe mode 4.I use it while working out, but i also have used it while just doing normal things, not the same outcome, but it shows it is effective. I 100% recommend this product!
