DOHI Spa Universal Therapy Shampoo Head Spa Machine

Literally all we could get to come out was this drip and the clear part leaks. Followed all instructions (which is very easy to set up) asked for more trouble shooting options but never got a responce so had to return. May try again when the new model comes out.. was really looking forward to this.

I ordered a dohi spa and the waterfall part was defective. I initially wrote a bad review and I’m sorry that I did. They have sent parts and video instructions that have been very helpful. I highly recommend this company. I will purchase again! Thank you airapha!

I purchased this a couple months ago and it worked well for a while but now it only works sometimes. The motor in the pump just won’t turn on sometimes and I can’t find any way to contact the seller for a new pump. If they would send me a new pump then I would give them a higher rating.

The media could not be loaded. I use this head spa as an attachment to my shampoo bowl. It was very easy to assemble and attach to my shampoo bowl. I put hair tea in the water, and it circulates through the machine onto my client's hair. Because of this I have to regularly clean the filters on the head spa to ensure proper water flow.

The top waterfall distributor came off and will not snap back on . The waterfall doesn’t consistently come out with an even flow. I would not recommend this product

It gets clogged very easily. You have to buy the filters to keep it clean this particular one is not good for hair salons.

The media could not be loaded. I've been using the Dohi Spa Machine in my head spa, and it's been a game changer! The machine works exceptionally well, and my clients absolutely love the soothing experience it provides. It's also been reliable and easy to use. Just make sure to clean the filters daily to keep everything running smoothly. Highly recommend this machine for anyone looking to elevate their spa services!
