I wear these a lot. They work great for flare ups in my tendinitis in a couple of my fingers. The compression provides relief and also a reminder to myself not to overdo it. Wearing the big braces that the dr provides makes my hands almost unusable. These have been so great. Easy to clean. Easy to get on and off for handwashing.

This item does what it says it will do. My mistake was to hope that it would allow me to wear it on my index finger to enable me to have an easier time hitting barre chords on a guitar. It didn't work. I am back to the drawing board but I will keep these. If you have some kind of pain issue with a finger then these feel like they would work fine. Medium seems a little tight to me but I am a guy who types a lot.

I ordered two sets because my fingers get sore when I do a lot of gardening (particularly gripping and digging with hands), so I wanted more than two. I have smallish hands for a woman. For reference, my largest fingers wear a ring size of 8 and my fourth finger a 6.5 or 7. While these sleeves do provide compression, the tips of my fingers became cold pretty quickly and had I worn them longer, the tips might have gone numb. Meanwhile, the base of the finger was comfortable. These are made of a neoprene-type fabric and are pretty bulky, so you'll get some finger separation (a little awkward but tolerable) if you were to wear them on adjacent fingers. I would prefer a much slimmer fabric akin to pantyhose for the type of wear I'm looking for and without bulky seams at the top and bottom of the sleeve. I will likely look for compression gloves instead.

Two things to note, my ring finger size is a six, but it was swollen to an eight and the small was too tight. So the sizing may be a little off. Additionally, the seam is on the inside with extra material so that presses in it makes it tighter, see pictures. I may try to order a bigger size and see if I can cut some of that extra material out because I don’t see a ton of compression options out there.
