I’ve been taking this supplement for a week now, and have seen some encouraging results. The first thing I’ve noticed is a state of relaxation and a tad bit of lethargy; it’s important to not take more than one caplet per day, as too much can affect energy levels. I also noticed a slower heart rate, which is consistent with the research that I’ve done on the ingredients of this product. I’m still experimenting with the best time to take this formula, but I’ll probably start taking it in the evening hours due to its effect on sleep. So far I’ve seen my systolic drop around 10 points, while my diastolic has dropped around 8 points. It’s now common for me to get readings of 124/82 (or lower, depending on the time of day), as opposed to 134-144 over 88-96 before. Another thing I’m going to try is supplementing this product with another product that has garlic, B vitamins, and green tea in it to see if there’s a synergistic effect; I’m going to try this because the B vitamins and green tea will boost energy levels. I’ll update this review if I have anything more to share. So far, so good. Update: 7-19-20: My BP is down even further, averaging 120/80 with a HR consistently in the 70’s. I’ve taken the supplement with hibiscus, green tea, garlic, and B vitamins with my second meal of the day, and have more energy.

** Update #2: bought a pill cutter, I have been taking 1/8 carditone a day with food, sometimes take an extra dose, it now works for me. The BP effects are less effective (but still good), but dizziness is gone. Lightheadedness is not gone. The reason I started taking again was my pacs were up, this 1/4 pill doseage takes care of that issue. Pacs are few to non existent now, without this, I'll get maybe 5-6 a minute. There is a fine line though between too much and too little. Moving it up to 4 stars. ** ***UPDATE: Had to quit taking. Worked great for awhile, but the dizziness side effects eventually became too much, even 1/2 pill every couple days*** **Original** I've been taking carditone for over a year with mixed results. I switched to this brand several months back and it seemed to be more consistent. Maybe because it is made in the USA as opposed to the other imported brand. Ok, here's what works best for me. When I was taking two a day, it was too strong and caused my head to get all stuffed up. Now, I always take a half tablet - in the morning, early afternoon and sometimes evening. MY BP is consistently normal now. It seems to slow my resting heart rate too, less mileage on the heart is a good thing.

So, I'm one of those people who constantly buys random supplements for all sorts of things. Nothing I've ever tried has ever had an effect on me, even multivitamins of various brands. This past year I'd been having heart palpitations, or my heart would just be racing for seemingly no reason. Also, for the last few years whenever I go to the doc my blood pressure has been borderline hypertensive and I began to worry they'd want to put me on meds. My resting heart rate has been arpund 105bpm for as long as I can remember. Well, I got this stuff. One morning my heart felt racey. Took one of these pills and noticed immediate relief. Been taking them every day since (a few weeks) and just had a visit to the doc. My BP was normal (125/80) AND my heartrate was only 76!! I was blown away. I've heard constantly having a high restong heartrate can be really taxing on the heart, and obviously high BP is also terrible, so I feel great knowing I'm doing something good for my heart. Highly recommend.

Good quality ingredients in appropriate amounts that supports cardiovascular health. Tablets are easy to swallow. The price is very good! I see results with this product and have used it for a few years. It is well designed by people who know what they're doing and the ingredients are backed up by scientific data. I KNOW it helps with my issue...I have seen it with my own eyes.

Did absolutely nothing for my blood pressure.

A good quarter of the bottle had broken pills. Not returnable, of course. Nor can I exchange. Very disappointed because they otherwise work well.
