Have a lovely streamer effect and did not make a mess ! Kids loved it but make sure that everyone is told how to use them some pulled the wire off , make sure you hold the wire , dont let go and carefully take the paper cover off before throwing without letting go of the wire. I absolutely loved these no-mess streamers for my son's birthday party. I handed each adult a ring to place on their finger. They just had to open a bit of the top paper and let the ribbons fly out. To pack them away, simply pull the strings back towards you to bunch them up, then remove the ring and toss it out. It was that easy! Many parents hadn’t seen this type of party supply before, so the reactions were worth every penny!

These were such a great buy. They do not pop or have anything that could explode them, so I was able to take them on a plane to Vegas for our elopement!! Our photographer was a little hesitant to let us use them in the Vegas streets. I assured her I tried them at home and they don’t leave a mess like normal party poppers. You throw them like a baseball, the strings come out, and then you can quickly roll them up in your hand. No mess or fuss, just fun!!
