High quality trimmer!
The trimmer is very solid in my hand, it doesn't feel like it is cheaply made. The end of the blades are not sharp, it doesn't cut my skin. They're a very good value for the Money. Everything is easy to understand and use, everything that you need to use the trimmer is included.It comes with a one year warranty if you register the trimmer. I did this and within 10 minutes I got a very friendly personalized response!

Exactly what I was looking for! Clippers to give a definite define line for my beard! Novah Pro Trimmers gets thumbs 👍 battery stay charged after 5 consecutive use! so much better than the Andis Pivot pro trimmer!!

Does its job!
Overall, very impressed with the quality and precision of the trimmer. Clean trim, and numbered guards are very accurate! I have used several trimmers over the years, even returned a few because of their poor build, not this one! Excellent product!

This was my first time using a trimmer from this brand, and I must say, I was genuinely impressed right from the start. The performance is outstanding. It’s incredibly sharp, like a double-edged sword, so precision is key. If you're not certain about where you want to trim, take a moment to be sure, because this trimmer doesn't play around.The build quality is top-notch. It feels solid in hand and is clearly made from high-quality materials. I rarely leave product reviews, but this trimmer truly stands out and deserves the recognition.As for the vendor, the packaging was excellent. Its decent
The only reason I’m giving this 3 stars is for a couple reasons, here are the pros 1) it’s cordless, so you have room to move freely, 2) it feels smooth and ergonomic too where it doesn’t fall out your hands and 3) it displays the battery percentage and it has good battery life ( started at 91% and finished at 71%) took me about an hour and half to finish lining myself up.Cons: it’s not as sharp out the box as I anticipated. I’m not expecting my cuts to come like I just came out the barbershop every time. but maybe my expectations was high. I gave this a try just because I’ve never heard of the brand and due to me looking at other ppl review on how it’s sharp.Also, the QR code in the box along with a zero gap tool that they give you prompts on how to “zero gapped your trimmers” when I took a picture of it, it gave me YouTube tutorials videos how to cut your hair….. I wanted to learn to zero gap my trimmers not videos cutting hair. I’ll still keep it and learn how to zero gap and see the difference but I might have to return these for a more expensive trimmers…

Finding replacement blade is a challenge
*updated review* after leaving my review saying I couldn’t get a replacement blade, they reached out to me almost immediately. And sent me a new trimmer! Great customer service!!Pretty good trimmer. Problem is finding a replacement blade when it needs replacing.
