Vegetology Vegan Omega 3 Liquid, from Microalgae, 800mg of EPA DHA, with Vitamin D3, Supports Heart, Brain, and Eye Health, Natural Fish Oil Alternative, UK Made, Mild Orange Flavoured

I bought this recently when I ran out of the capsules and there was a delay with Vegetology fulfilling orders for the capsules. This is a good alternative, perhaps not quite as easy as swallowing a capsule but the mild orange flavour is more pleasant than the taste of the capsules and one teaspoon a day is simple to take. No side effects that I’m aware of and I do think they are effective at supporting my brain health.

Light orange taste that my son seems to enjoy in his cereal or straight

Good quality omega3, bit expensive.

Value for money tastes okay.

My 7year old will drink this if mixed with a bit of fruit juice. Absolutely delighted, been looking for an omega supplement that he will take for a while.

The orange flavour is very mild indeed - so much so that it does not disguise the fishy taste of the oil. I would not recommend this product and probably won't be buying it again. I originally gave it two stars then upgraded it to three stars because it is a fish oil after all.

Take a bit of advice and DON'T buy the unflavoured version unless you want fishy breath! I did a lot of research on the highest strength and most bio-available vegan Omega DHA/EPA and this (as well as Vivo Life) came out best. I can now choose between the two depending on which is cheapest that month.

not bad at all and so much better than gells

Glad to have a clean vegan Omega 3 option for sure, but I’ve had 2 bottles a little rancid tasting and a touch fishy, freshly opened, not sitting in the pantry for weeks. It could be a rare anomaly, but not cheap so buying another brand now.
