I want comfortable well cushioned insole for running i have neuroma and shin splints what should i buy orange , green or carboon, have medium arch?

Hard to tell, the orange one take up slightly more room but have more padding which may help your mortons neuroma , i'm using them in walking boots so not exactly the same situation. Both green and orange seem to work well in hill-walking boots (so long as you have the space for them).

Can super feet be cut down

They can be cut at the toe , but I found the arch to be in the wrong place

Is there a version of these for women's footwear? Website states women's insoles are shaped differently but I can't find this product for women!

What is the heel size letter as this is how these are fitted to your feet

The heel size corresponds to your shoe size. I purchase size C which is for 5-6 I am a 5 so I trim them to my trainers or shoes. Hope this helps.
