Super Concentrate Odor & Stain Eliminator 4 oz Makes 1 Gallon

I am almost at 9 months since ordering this product. In total honesty I find the price downright criminal and offensive but still I cannot deny that this stuff is 100% effective. I got a fluorescent black light to spot stains when they're not obvious, then I use a spray bottle filled with "the enzyme cleaner" and I hit it immediately when there's an event. There is no stain, zero odor, and life is good. The smell of cat pee is so horrific that I don't know what I would have done without this stuff. I don't use this stuff attempting to deep clean 500 year old stains so I can't attest to its effectiveness for that. As soon as I smell cat pee, I find it, break this stuff out, and soak it. It very literally neutralizes on contact. Once a spot is hit, that's the end of it. No stain, no smell, over and done. It even works on an oak desktop which seems to amplify the horrific smell exponentially but this stuff still handles it perfectly.

OdorZyme is absolutely the best product on the market for pet odor and stain removal. OdorZyme has been successful in removing pet odors and stains that have been present for a very long time. For several months, I have been trying various products to remove a very nasty, stubborn odor in a carpeted closet where my cat's litter box was located. Although I love my cat, he apparently felt he had to mark his territory around his litter box. Although I kept the litter box clean at all times, I couldn't figure out why the odor lingered and became even stronger as time when on. I finally discovered he had been "spraying" in the rear of the closet. I saturated the area of the carpet with at least 2 other products on many occasions, let it dry, and the smell even got worse. In frustration, I removed the carpet in the closet, only to find the stain and smell had permeated the subfloor. I did more online research on removing pet stains and found OdorZyme and ordered it immediately. I purchased the 4 oz. concentrate which makes 1 gallon of ready to use product. I mixed up a small quantity in a standard spray bottle, liberally sprayed and saturated the offending area, and was very pleasantly surprised that there was a very nice odor to the product and immediately went to work on the smell. I let it dry and repeated a few times over the course of a week, and now I can report the odor is completely eliminated from the wood subflooring, and the closet smells fresh once again. The product is definitely as advertised, and the dealer's service and delivery time was excellent. I am giving OdorZyme 5 stars and highly recommend it.

Unbelievable! My father (who has dementia) has been "missing" the toilet and the surrounding area of ceramic tile and grout was soaked with urine. Although cleaned up quickly the smell lingered as it had penetrated the grout. Vinegar solution and other cleaners did not remove the smell. One use of this product completely removed the smell and it is now undetectable. It may seem pricey to some but it was WELL with the money. I would highly recommend this product. Worked great!

We bought a house with wood subfloors and carpet that went around the toilet. The carpet is gone, but I'll let your imagination fill in what I found underneath. I applied it to the wood, as directed, 3 times. So far, I can't smell the urine anymore! It didn't do a whole lot for the discoloration, but my goal was to eliminate any smell that might come up through the new flooring we'll be installing.

This was the best product ever to get rid of urine stain and odor on our bathroom floor--stain had been there a long time an yellowed the grout...this product did wonders to bring back alot of the original color...and odor gone!

this is by far the best thing to get out urine smell from pets and children with bed wetting issues

Gives wonderful smell, but for thge price I though it would give me enough product to do my small mobile home carpet. When I buy regular carpet cleaner it will do whole carpet. very expensive

Works great especially on concrete. Highly recommend.
