Q: How do I set up a password?

To setup password, simply use the side arrow buttons to navigate to the Settings tab. Then navigate to "Tools". Then turn On Password, then go to Password set and set your password using the side buttons and the Menu button. You can find the instruction in the user manual. Please watch the video for visual instructions.

Q: What type of storage does it use and what's its capacity?

There are 2 types of storage on the device with the total memory capacity of 96GB. - Internal memory: 32GB - External memory (SD-Card): 64GB You can choose which one you want your recordings to be saved into in Settings -> Storage (Watch the video) *Note that the SD-Card is already included with the device so there's no need to buy one.

Q: How to update the date/time for the recording files?

To change date/time, navigate to Settings -> Date And Time Use the side Arrow buttons, Play button, and Menu button to update the Date/Time. Please watch video for visual instruction

Q: Good morning, please tell me if is possible to replace the battery

It's not possible to replace battery on your own and we don't recommend it.
