Very comfortable. I wore them overnight while sleeping and my feet were the least swollen in a long, long time. Excellent.

These don't feel like they are 20-30mm Hg of compression. They are also too long, so they reach well into the meatier part of the calf, making them much too tight in that area. I already wore one, so I can't return them.

The socks are great and I use them often. They material seems to be durable and everything is as described. Only downside was that shipping took quite a bit longer than projected. Not sure that that was the seller’s issue seemed more that it sat at hubs longer than predicted.

My husband (Male) wears a Men's shoe size 10 1/2. I (Female) wear a Women's shoe size 8 1/2. Initially I purchased a size Medium for me and a size Large for him. Both were too small (too tight) for us, so I ordered an Extra Large for him and I took his Large. Worked perfectly. (Will give the Medium to someone with smaller feet). We have had them a short time, but they really do make a difference with feet being uncomfortable. We both wear them to sleep in and also during the day when we are home. I definitely would purchase again.

They work very well. The open toe makes it a little easier to put them on. The swelling will go down with increased circulation and less pain. It may take time so be patient because the product is doing it’s job and the body it working hard to recirculate the fluid. Definitely recommend! I take a pair every where I go.
