Poor Delivery & Service from Amazon & Faber
Seller was very unprofessional, shipped a defective piece. Where one burner was missing and a lighter for the other one broken. Multiple attempts to ask for return within the prescribed window, wasn't successful on Amazon, as they kept asking for different details like photos etc... Finally when we want to pay and move on, local Faber Service Center not helping as it was purchased online. DON'T BUY FABER PRODUCTS ONLINE ON AMAZON
