1st class Gaming mouse, bargain price
I bought this mouse a few months ago when looking for a replacement for the G500 Logitech mouse which lasted only 1 years and then the button went. I was initially looking at another Logitech product but read about the Anker gaming mouse in a review. When I read reviews on Anker there was a review comparing it to the Tecknet x9800 8200DPI and in the end I decided to go for this as they appear to use the same firmware but Bluebyte came out more favorable and is a UK based company. Also the Tecknet was the cheaper. I have used the mouse now for several months and I am not disappointed. Its fast and responsive - you can even program in mouse macro moves. For general browsing I actually prefer this to the G500 as the G500 used to skip paragraphs of text when scrolling down web pages, and the Tecknet is very smooth. The mouse also has the usual back, forward buttons, 4 different set speeds, and includes weights - features that were a premium on the G500 The software it comes with enables a few features like changing the color of the "T" symbol - you can use any hex code. So yes I would recommend the Tecknet x9800, not only for its features but also its price - £20 for a comfortable to hold gaming mouse is a bargain. And what about Bluebyte? Since buying the mouse, about 2 weeks later, I received an email asking me if I was happy with everything and if they could be any further help. In the cut throat business of e commerce, small things like this go a long way, so I feel I have bought something from a company that is genuinely striving to push customer service. I don't normally write reviews, as I would be here all day, but the mouse is great and Bluebyte after sales support is surprising, that I decided to.

Amazing Value.
Firstly, the mouse was delivered extremely fast, in just 2 days, so I didn't have to sit and wait for it, as my previous mouse was broken and I had no secondary mouse. Now to the mouse, the customisability of this mouse is great. They provide you with a software, which allows you to change the functions of the buttons. Also it allows for the modification of the colours the "T" logo produces, with a wide range of colours, they make sure your favourite is in there. You get 2 profiles to customise, where you can instantly change in between whenever you need, with just a click of a button. In the profile, you can edit the range if 4 DPI choices, colour and many other things. Now to the design of the mouse. This mouse is so comfortable. When you grasp it, the contours pave the way your your fingers perfectly, so you can relax and let the mouse handle it. The side buttons are not in the way of your thumb. In several other mice I bought, where the mouse was up to 4x this, the side buttons were always in the way, resulting in me pressing on it during a game. Moreover, it is very well built with strong plastic and smooth suede like covering for the parts your fingers touch. The laser inside the mouse is extremely precise. When you pick 5000 DPI, you get true 5000 DPI with no mistake. It never hangs or lags. All things considered, this mouse is extremely good value for the price. I will biy several more to gift to my friends. I would highly recommend this mouse, as it matches mice that are several times its price.

Very easy to customize!
I have bought this mouse to replace my old CyberSnipa Intelliscope mouse as it was now showing its age. Coming from a similar product I had a certain threshold of expectation in terms of both performance and appearance. I am pleased to say that this mouse has met my expectations in both levels. First, the appearance: The thing I love the most about the mouse is that it has a very cool lighting effects and better part is that you can actually customize some of them through the brilliant interface that comes with the product. So you can change the color or the effects like fading light and etc but not the mouse wheel and the dpi indicators. Still this is a very nice feature I was missing in my old mouse. A (personal) issue is the color of extra buttons. They are a bit too orange/red for my tastes. I'm not too keen on "T" symbol as well. Probably TeckNet could use a better trademark. Not a big issue though. And the performance: Well first of all it fits my hand very well and feels quite soft to the touch. I've found the buttons are generally positioned well. If you don't need more than 3 buttons then you won't have any problems but the one in the front and two on the top might be a bit tricky to push at times. By the way the clicks are a bit noisy. The mouse felt a bit light at initially but it is easy to customize the weight with provided weight bullets. After placing them in place, I am now happier with the general feel but I'd have preferred it to be a bit heavier. Moving on: there are four dpi levels and they are adjustable so you can decide how sharp you want its sensitivity change. I think this works far better than two predetermined settings of my old mouse. So far I'm very pleased with the sensitivity of the mouse. Though I have a very small mouse pad I can use the mouse without any difficulty. Finally, the buttons: The mouse has 6 programmable buttons (excluding the left/right/mid click and including the dpi switch- which you will probably want to keep). It is very easy to change and set functions and you can keep different profiles for different jobs. For example I have one setting for surfing and one for gaming. (TL: DR) As a conclusion, this is a good mouse with many cool options of customization. You can change a lot of things about this mouse whether it is weight or color of lighting. At this price level (I've paid £10) I think this provides a very good value point. It has a few slight issues (mostly aesthetics) but overall I am very pleased with this mouse, hence 4 stars.

Very capable gaming mouse
TeckNet Gaming Mouse 7200DPI Programmable Mouse Wired PC Computer Gaming Mice with 6 Buttons, 5 DPI Adjustable Levels, 16.8 Million RGB Light, Macros, AVAGO Optical Sensor for Win 10/8/7/XP/Vista/Linux When the mouse arrived I was very surprised with the build quality compared to what I had paid for this. My previous gaming mouse cost six times more than this and to be honest, this does everything that my previous mouse did (some things better ), this mouse feels just as nice to me. The TeckNet Gaming Mouse feels quite solid and well built. It is a full sized mouse which has been ergonomically designed to fit your hand, in fact it's very comfortable to use. The mouse also has a bit of weight to it when compared to similar sized mice of this price range. The cable is a generous 1.5 metres long, the cable is also cloth covered which is a big plus in my book, the cable is a little stiff but appears to be very strong which is ideal for the abuse the mouse may receive in a gaming environment. You are provided with eight buttons which are programmable with the included comprehensive software. The middle scroll wheel both clicks and scrolls, the click is precise and not too stiff as on some mice. The scroll is smooth with a slight amount of ratchet resistance to stop the wheel spinning out of control when not in use. The buttons are not soft touch, you do have to click them down but they do seem positive and precise. You are also provided with a DPI button to change the speed of your cursor. The lowest DPI setting is nice and slow ideal for sniping or moving the mouse cursor very gently. The highest setting moves the cursor very fast indeed, ideal for those hectic situations where you need to move quickly. The mouse uses a red laser on your mouse mat as opposed to blue, I personally prefer red as it's a lot easier on the eye. I just plugged the mouse into my Windows 10 computer and it was recognised within seconds without any software installed. Software is supplied on an included mini CD so that you can program your mouse but it's not essential. If you are happy to use the default settings then it's truly plug & play with no software installed. The included software will allow you to program each button with a variety of different settings. You can even setup macros for your buttons where you can have up to 100 key commands in each macro, although I can't see anyone wanting to use that amount. In operation I found the mouse to be very smooth without jitter or jumping, it glides across the screen without issue. I am using a black cloth covered TeckNet mouse mat which matches nicely with this mouse. The scroll wheel in operation is smooth and scrolls nicely but it does feel a little looser than my previous mouse, the scroll wheel is also a little rattly but I'm sure I will get used to that. The DPI button will change the mouse speed on each click of the DPI button. The illumination colour of your mouse also changes depending on which DPI setting you choose, which is a very handy feature as my previous mouse didn't have that feature so the only way to tell what DPI setting I had was to guess by the speed of my cursor. With the colour changing you will always know which DPI setting you are using. The DPI settings along with colour coded lights are - 500 DPI (Red), 1000 DPI (Green), 1500 DPI (Blue) and 2500 DPI (orange) these settings should cover most eventualities. To be honest I can't see you needing more than this mouse offers. Supplied contents - 1X Strong frustration free box 1X TeckNet Gaming Mouse High Precision Programmable LED Mouse 1X User Guide/Software manual 1X Mini CD with software (Only needed if you wish to program the mouse) I'm over the moon with this mouse considering what I paid for it. The mouse compares favourably with my previous big name more costly mouse. I highly recommend this if you are on a budget and are looking for a very capable programmable gaming mouse (which incidentally is also a good mouse for everyday use) Highly Recommended! Absolutely lovee this its great quality
The noise-canceling feature is fantastic; it effectively blocks out background noise, making my calls crystal clear. Whether I'm in a busy office or on the road as a trucker, I can hear and be heard without any issues. The battery life is impressive, lasting over 50 hours on a single charge. I can go days without needing to recharge it, which is a huge plus for someone always on the go. The Bluetooth 5.2 connectivity is also seamless, ensuring a stable connection without any dropouts. Comfort-wise, the on-ear design is lightweight, and I can wear it for extended periods without discomfort. The mute function is a great addition, allowing me to quickly silence myself when needed.Overall, I highly recommend the TECKNET Bluetooth Headset for anyone needing reliable and high-quality wireless headphones for calls. It's great for the money and functions too !

The TECKNET RGB Gaming Mouse is great at everything and I'm very satisfied with it!
I’ve been using the TECKNET RGB Gaming Mouse for awhile now and I’m very satisfied with it. Overall the mouse does everything well. It feels well made, performs great and looks good with the RGB lighting (see video). Once you factor in that the mouse is very competitively priced and you have an item which is hard to pass up. For me, the size and weight of the mouse is just right. I’ve tried a few of the competitors gaming mice and always felt that they’d been made to be heavier than necessary. This mouse is comfortable to rest your hand on and is heavy enough that it feels like a quality item which will last. Setting up the mouse was literally just plugging it in and setting my preferred DPI (as show in the listing’s picture). The mouse’s cord isn’t too short or too long. The sensitivity of the mouse is easily adjusted and it’s always tracked smoothly and this has been noticeable when playing FPS games. All the buttons and scroll wheel have a satisfying click to them. I would definitely recommend this mouse to anyone looking for a quality mouse, even if they never play any PC games at all!

Good value for the money, could be outstanding with a few alterations!
For the price you pay I doubt there is a better mouse available. As other buyers have said this is basically the Anker mouse with different branding but for half the price. You can use the Anker drivers and run it at higher dpi too. The mouse weights are a great feature. I was upgrading from a Microsoft Sidewinder because it used to hurt my hand after prolongued usage (as it's designed for left and right handers and effectively uncomfortable for both). The mouse could be so much better if the manufacturers make just a few simple alterations: 1) Dispense with the customizable light as it's under your palm when gaming. It's not visible and your hand feels like its on fire with the heat. If you turn off the light on the options it still gets hot. Just put the light under the scroller which is always visible. 2) the rubber thumb rest isn't very rubbery and is more slippery then the plastic, just take it off or use a different type of rubber. These are only small gripes and with a version 2 I'd happily give 5 stars, for the money I think this is the best value customizable gaming mouse on the market! ** UPDATE ** I have used it for over a month now and I need to update this review as certain points let it down. It feels like there is a lot of lag, and no matter how much you fiddle with the settings it always feels slow. As other people have said Tecknet were offering buyers a hd webcam if they post a review, which in turn entices more people to buy due to the glowing reviews. Still give it 3/5 but it doesn't track as well as should. PS: the hd webcam is useless never had my PC bluescreen before, but it did with this. I don't advise using the webcam software for that reason. (Running Windows 8 64bit)

Update - It's not good I'm afraid :-(
Just to add an update to my review below. Today, 29/08/13, just over a month since I bought this mouse the cursor has started to wander and skip. I have cleaned the optic, reloaded the drivers and tried the mouse on another computer all to no avail. I finally took it into an independent computer shop for them to look at and unfortunately they tell me that either the laser is faulty or there is another internal problem. Basically it's heading towards the dustbin. I still maintain that when it was working it was a cracking mouse to use, especially in fps games. It was incredibly cheap, £10 but it obviously isn't built to last. I had given it a glowing review with a 5* rating sadly it's now only a 1*. Possibly mines a rogue but I won't take the chance again and I'll be returning to a Logitech G500 mouse. how does the saying go? "Buy cheap, prepare to buy twice". PREVIOUS REVIEW JUST AFTER BUYING. My last two gaming mice were both the Logitech G500, the last one only lasted 18 months. I can't fault the performance of the G500 mouse just disappointed with the longevity especially as it was £40 when I bought it. So I decided that I would try a different make. I did get a Perixx MX-300B but found the DPI switch was always getting knocked by my thumb and in game this was very frustrating. So I found this mouse at the unbelievable price of £9.99 (with free p&p) and thought for a tenner it's worth a try. It feels very similar to the Perixx (probably the same chassis) All I can say is that for a tenner it's a fabulous mouse. The quality is good although I would have preferred a matt plastic case. Enough dpi to get exactly the speed you want. The buttons all have nice solid 'click' feel. There are enough weights to make it heavy enough for me probably around the 16-20g. The downside, but not a deal breaker for me is, there is only one dpi adjustment button so you have to cycle through rather than being able to toggle back and forward and the mouse wheel has no lateral positioning unlike my G500. The software is adequate but not as polished as the G500. This is a rebranded Anker mouse, it is a good gaming mouse (unless you want one bristling with programmable buttons) quality is down on the Logitech G500 but not £30 less quality which even now as this mouse is selling for £15 with free p&p is a steal. Recommended.
