There is seriously no need to buy any other wrist rest.
This is going to be short, because at the end of the day this is a wrist rest and there's not much for me to say about it. The Bailey wrist rest by Castle is by far the best wrist rest I have ever tried. It is very firm though, so if that's not your thing then I guess it probably wouldn't be for you, but I have owned mine since August, that's almost seven months of daily, hard abuse and it still looks and feels exactly like it did when I took it out of the box. Mine had no problems laying flat on my desk from day one and there's not a single mark or sign of use on it even after all this time.Just buy it. It's more expensive than other wrist rests, but there's definitely a reason for it's price.

Great Wrist Rest, just a little stiff.
This wrist rest is very good quality. My only real issue with it is it is very firm out of the package. If you prefer a softer wrist rest, this may not be for you, but it's an excellent size, and very well made. I would def recommend it! I wanted a lighter colored wrist rest to match my vintage keyboard, and this one works great! You can see the size of it in the photo.

Needs to be broken in
It looks beautiful, but this thing was hard as a rock when I first got it. I stepped on it a little every day for a couple weeks. To soften it up. Now its comfy. I recommend you do the same if you get one. There are plenty of black keyboard rests out there, but if you have a white or light grey keyboard and want a rest to go with it, your options are pretty limited. This is a good one. Once you soften it up.

Breaks in fast & high quality
I can tell this is going to last me a long time. After 3 weeks of continuous use, it’s broken in to exactly where I need it. I even bought my mom a full-size one.

Give it a chance...You'll be glad you did
I've had the block foam, wood blocks, resin blocks, cloth covered foam, and of course many of the plastic or metal wrist rests that come with some keyboards. This one took some getting used to, but I can't imagine using anything else now. I've had this wrist rest for just over a year now and it's holding up...no stains, no cracked/peeling leather, and no squishy soft spots from prolonged use (8+ hours a day). The rubber grip on the bottom is strong and stays put.I'll be honest: I filled out a return form the day I got this wrist rest because it felt like a wood block covered in leather. 2 days later I decided to give it a second shot and I've been loving it ever since. So far I've tried it on 3 different keyboard setups and can't be without it.The leather and foam are stiff. It does break in (a little bit) over time. After switching to my foam and wood rests, this one is a happy medium between the two. I did try to soften it up by kneeling all over it and cleaned it with saddle soap. It got a tiny bit softer after that, it still feels stiff...but 100% more comfortable than wood/plastic, and has held up twice as long as all my foam rests (cloth covered or not), and looks just as new as when I first got it. I'm confident this wrist rest will be lasting a long time.

Quality rest, quality company
Super impressed. Honestly was just buying this to use as a temp while I wait for another but that might change now, going to have to do a real comparison when the other comes in.I could tell as soon as I saw the box that this business cared about their craft. The is some nice artwork on the box that identifies with the brand of the company and upon open the box there is a personalized brand rich letter to the seller that I can really appreciate and really speaks of their heart in their brand.Anyways, onto the actual rest. I admit I didn't read the description just looked like a nice wrest that could serve my needs temporarily and they made the size I need also seemed cool that it was leather which you don't see too much of. As soon as you pick it up you know it's quality. It has some heft to it which I now saw is due to a metal plate for a nice weight to it. The part that took me by surprise is the stiffness of it, as somone who knows you're not supposed to actually be using the wrist rest to type constantly this is a great reminder to fix your form but it's there when you need it. Size is perfect and it looks pretty sweet too. Saw there may have been some issues about it not laying flat due to the stiffness of it, maybe since I have the compact version but I do not have this problem. Lays perfectly flat for me. Give it a try it's pretty sweet.

Quality piece of kit, with one serious caveat
I shopped around the internet for a couple of days looking for a high-quality wrist rest that looked good and was functional. With the proliferating market for beautiful keyboards, it's a disappointment that most wrists on the market look like cheap crap you'd buy off the shelf at Office Max.This Castle piece appears to live up to its superb reviews and somewhat premium price point. The build quality feels excellent and it doesn't look out of place sitting next to a high-priced mechanical keyboard. That said, my quibble with the design is the size and design of the company logo. The size of the logo cut-out and the depth of the depression are a little bit annoying. It's several inches closer to the center of the rest than appears in the product image, which means I can feel it rubbing my wrist frequently. This is an ergonomic product, ideally it shouldn't sacrifice ANY function for the purposes of logo placement. I'd prefer a blank surface or at the least, remove the little picture of the castle -- which looks more like a kid's bounce house, sorry -- and just have the printed "castle" text. That would be a major improvement to both functionality and aesthetics.

Very comfortable and a great addition to any desk! The 104 key size lives up to the description.
I found the packaging and real leather wrist rest itself to be high quality. I ordered the black version and it looks great next to my keyboard

Seems good quality
Wanted to get a wrist rest for my G915 TKL, but the height of the wrist rest was a bit too high. Although the quality seems to be of good quality, decided to return it because it did not suit my needs.WARNING: If there is any chance that you might return it, this item is shipped internationally by UPS, and you will only get a partial refund, and you must pay for international shipping. Amazon should clearly state on the product page if the return process is different than other items.

Great Option For Tenkeyless Keyboard
After purchasing a KeyChron K8 Tenkeyless Keyboard, I noticed there weren't many options for wrist rests that fit the TKL layout. The only 3 I came across were this, the glorious PC Master Race and another amazon option. This option was the perfect middle ground as It was much cheaper than the PC Master Race wrist rest and the other amazon option was fairly cheap looking.Upon arrival, the wrist rest is fairly stiff as expected of new leather, but matches the height well. My only issue so far is that it seems that it is bent. The ends flex up causing it to slide against my desk as they don't touch. Not sure if that is an issue with shipping or quality.Otherwise great wrist rest!

Well made but not for me
These wrist rests are well made but they are too narrow and too high. Because of the rounded edges on the left and right hand side, my wrists were “resting” on the downward slope. So you would need one size up for it to work, e.g. a TKL size for a 60% keyboard, full size for a TKL keyboard. The materials and craftsmanship are excellent but I found the height too much and it felt like I was typing downwards instead of flat. I eventually returned mine.

Good wrist rest, but on the stiffer side
The overall quality of the item feels great. Color is Stone Grey which is a bit hard to appreciate, but its nice. The feel of the wrist rest is quite stiff though so if you were looking for a memory foam sort of thing, this is going to much stiffer than that

Rock hard, and not at all comfortable
I don't know what they're using for padding in these, but whatever it is, they should switch. This is the least comfortable wrist rest I've ever used. I recommend you skip it.
