Erfurt Mav Wallrock Thermal Liner - White Wall Covering - Paste - Thermal Liner

Quite pricey but if it stops the condensation and damp then it's worth it. Fairly easy to work with, just make sure you use a brand new Stanley blade and swap it after a couple of cuts. Also don't hold back on the adhesive. I used a roller and went over it numerous times to get a really thick layer of paste as it won't stick to wall if you skimp on it. Had one area pull away from wall after 2 days so used a new blade to cut through bubble and lashed paste in the and restock it down. Fibre lined over the top so we could paper over it. Again using the rockwall fibre liner and the paste. Has made the rooms significantly warmer and so far no signs of damp or condensation. Winter will be the teller of that though. But overall been very impressed with it. Just make sure you use a new blade to cut as it is quiet thick and hard to cut if you don't, easy if u do.

I am glad I bought this product to cover the external walls of a roughly North facing third bedroom. These walls were always cold and as the room was only ever used for storage we did suffer with mildew. Having applied the 'paper' the room already feels warmer and drier. The only downside is cutting it during application, as it's fairly thick, a very good pair of scissors are necessary.

Really worth buying! Now im going to buy more for other rooms. The walls are now much warmer ! And no longer damp. Very easy to put up and very durable! Thanks!

So surprised at the difference it has made it really and insulated my room. Easy to hang quite a lot thicker than normal wall paper.

firstly I live in a rural property heated only with wood-so exterior walls can get cold inside in winter when the wood burner and aga arent on, this paper has resolved that completely then I used it for a different reason on an interior wall that was pretty lumpy( as I didnt want to pay the exhorbitant plasterer fee of £250 a day )and then wallpapered over it, and it's made the wall look superbly flat I will just mention, it is a bit difficult to put up as its very heavy and quite thick which makes it hard to move around (you do paste the wall not the paper though which helps and do buy the glue that they recommend) I was ok with it and I always wallpaper over it

This is very good paper if used correctly and with the wallrock adhesive...make sure you have sharp scissors or a good stanley knife to cut this wallpaper as it is 3mm thick...paste the wall but do not skimp on the paste as the fibres on the paper need enough adhesive to adhere to your wall.I have used this paper before however this time i have used this to paper over textured wallpaper and so far it looks great so i will be ordering more of this paper to finish my project. If anyone out there is unsure whether they can use this wallrock to cover woodchip the answer is yes but make sure you sand over the bumpy bits on the woodchip first ...after that you can apply wallrock thermal liner.

Ideal thermal covering for inner outside wall to bungalow.

Very good thermal lining paper when up ! Hard to cut, you need a new sharp Stanley knife to cut it but take your time and you will be pleased with the results, warmer !
