Excellent service from ordering to delivery
Good quality and designed product, securely packaged at delivery to prevent damage. They are easy to programme to maintain a set room temperature. Both my heaters work well in my large conservatory.

Excellent value for money - easy to set up
These heaters are excellent value for money. They were delivered earlier than I anticipated and apparently easy to hardwire (I didn’t do this myself)! Pale grey heaters look great in a matt finish. The white are gloss- ok but prefer the grey. Easy to set up the app and the temperature on the app isn’t accurate but it doesn’t matter the radiators have their own thermostat. Easy to link to Alexa. Ordered 3 more to do the rest of the house (we don’t have any gas).

Very easy to use
This product is fabulous it let's out plenty of heat and easy to use from room to room very pleased with my purchase

Good radiator, but noisy
Good radiator and fairly easy to install. Easy to use with App and produces a consistent heat. But quite a bit of noise from metal parts expanding / contracting. Not enough to be an issue, but noticeable.

Nice powerful smart heater
Good looking and easy to set up!! Smart heater can work with your phone, was really easy to set up, and buying on Amazon was close to £60 cheaper than Argos for the 2000 watt model so good value for money. can be portable on castors or fixed to your wall, would highly recommend only had for a week

It gives out plenty of heat!!!
I am not very good with tech and will be asking my granddaughter when she is home from Uni for help with the remote stuff but as a general heater it's great. It heats up very quickly unlike my old oil filled radiator. I t looks good. My only tiny criticism is, it does not have a handle to enable you to move it when it is hot.

BEEP!
It makes a loud beep when switching on/off. Hopeless in a bedroom. Also the control screen is over complicated. Expensive for what it is.
