The Nestle Butter-Menthol medicated lozenges are the best ever for a scratchy throat and coughing. The flavor is good and they work well. They are a product of Australia.The downside is that Nestle, for whatever reason, only markets the best cough drop in the world in Australia. Why not the USA or Europe? We like this product so well that we are willing to pay double the retail price to have them shipped from Australia to the USA.The cost is high, but this product is worth it. Note to the manufacturer (Nestle): Market this product worldwide. It will be the top selling medicated throat lozenge everywhere.

Kind of funny to write that as the headline for a medicine, but these really do taste great. They are solid until they are gone, meaning they don't develop those sharp holes that some cough drops do as they dissolve. The menthol is mild but they worked great to moisten my throat and stop coughs. Overall highly recommend.

We found these when traveling to Australia and loved them! They are soothing and taste great without a heavy menthol aftertaste. So glad we were able to get them in the US.
