The media could not be loaded. This humidifier is absolutely excellent for larger rooms. The technology was slightly intimidating at first but turns out to be extremely simple. The convenience of being able to control it entirely from an easy to use app is surprisingly helpful. Most importantly it is capable of humidifying a room to your desired level fairly quickly. The frequency with which you have to refill it varies depending upon the amount of humidity you require but generally lasts around 2-3 days. Refilling couldn’t be easier or simpler. The oil diffuser does a great job if you’re into that. All in all this is a fantastic product in my book. Best

First I really like the product in general. Refill from the top, smart controls, and the overall look are great.The constant reminders to clean are very bothersome. I don’t know about anyone else but winters inland from the coast in the US are brutal. Outside humidity tends to run 10-20% so I easily run all of my humidifiers non-stop on high, except it asks to clean every 72 hours. There’s no way I’m going to clean 6 of these every 3 days. If you don’t clean it, it will remind you every other time you open the product in the app, for every humidifier.Overall I recommend but I can already tell they’ll break down after one season and Govee will use lack of cleaning as an excuse to justify it.

Update: It seems I may have either done something on setup or gotten a one off one with a problem. I'm updating my review to 5 stars because upon talking to Govee they stepped in and made everything right. Contrast this to my experience with Melissa and Doug who despite being shipped a product with a broken $1 piece they refused to send me a replacement.Since using the new humidifier, it has worked flawlessly. It also can sync with my existing Govee hygrometers, which the previous model dod not. This is an excellent feature because I have this in my son's room and the humidifier is quite a way from his bed. It's often that the area by the humidifier is 60% but the area by his bed (where my Govee wifi hygrometer is) is 40% or so.All in all I rate this 5 stars.I bought two of the original so though why not get the new one. Right out of the gate it never connected properly with the app. No matter what I've done it will never register the humidity percentage as you can see in the picture. Sending it back.

Bought this because my apartment gets dry in the winter. This works very well! The features are all great when using the app and my google home!
