This incredible bra liner is top quality, made of viscose from bamboo and organic cotton, and is comfortable and machine washable (air dry only). The liner is held in place by the tension of the bra or the weight of the breasts, and it wicks sweat, eliminates discomfort and chafing and makes wearing bras a far more comfortable experience. Because there are 4 liners in every pack, you won't have to do laundry every day. The size should be selected based on the bra size you wear. Our bra liners are designed to run from either side of your chest - not all the way around.To determine which size you need, measure the distance between your arms going beneath the breasts. Work well if you use them right
This is the second pack I have bought because the first worked well. The liners are longer than you expect and I only needed Large whereas I buy XXL tshirts. Wearing the liners as shown in the pictures, fitting underneath the boobs with an underwired bra, keeps me comfortable and dry. Much better than the options I used before.

trying these now
I've received my pack of liners and this is day one of use. A little fiddly to get right and in place but there now and it feels comfy and soft. I would say that I didn't heed the advice of previous reviewers and buy a smaller size and wish I had. I purchased XL and they are rather long so wish I'd bought L instead. I'm hoping they do the job and wick away any moisture. So far, so good.

Wife asked me to purchase this item for her.Did so and no regrets. Very happy with them even though quite expensive.Good fit and does what they were bought for.

Not sure if effective
I don’t think these really do much for me sadly. It was the discomfort I was getting them for but had not realised they were just cotton and I could make myself. Plus I think they are designed to stop wet patches thru clothing rather than the discomfort.
