Having tried buying knock-off nasal pillows over ResMed's parts, I can only say that while the material of the RedMed pillows may not have an elastic that is distinguishable from comparable off-band versions when you squeeze them by hand, the ResMed branded pillows are significantly more comfortable to use. And while at first felt like the no-name brand pillows we comparable, these are exceedingly more comfortable to wear. So while these may seem overpriced (and the still very well may be), these didn't have me waking up in the middle of the in discomfort forcing me to remove my the mask for the rest of the night. Note that this was the case even when I pure lanolin balm which my doctor recommended, but using these with the same balm made the difference in sleeping through the night.

After a couple months, I went on a trip and the act of packing it in my CPAP case caused a couple of small rips/leaks. I tried duct taping over them, but I'm still not getting a good seal, so I'm just going to have to buy another brand. Overall the quality was pretty good, but not to the standard that I need.

I did not like this product because it comes out of the holes from the cpap machine. the nasal is too small. The product is not comfortable for my nose.

This is lighter in weight, and smaller than the HUEG nasal mask I got with my cpap. I find it much more comfortable, and will buy one of these the next time I need a replacement.
