This ab roller is great. It’s definitely an upgrade from the others as the arm rests are a game changer. It’s easy to put together in 3 steps. While you probably won’t need the instructions, they are included and easy to understand with just the images. The ab roller has no issues and rolls nicely. It also comes with a knee mat to help ease the pressure you put on them. I find that to be a nice touch that they include that. While it does come with a timer, I do wish it weren’t so basic. The timer allows you to set a time and it counts down OR you can just have it count up so you can see how long you were doing it and track your progress. It would be nice if it had a back light to it so that you can see it better. I also really think it should have an alarm/buzzer or something to alert you when you when the countdown is over. Instead, you have to keep watching it. It’s now a huge deal as you can get a better bid or utilize your phone. It would just be an added benefit if they upgrade that. Other than that, I have nothing bad to say about the roller. I find it a great value for the money and would recommend the upgrade if you’re looking for a roller.

I've used this for several months now about 3-4 times per week. This works great and I love the timer included. I use it on carpet so can't say how it would perform on tile or wood. It doesn't feel very sturdy at first but has held up well. I'm 210 pounds and it has not shown any wear and still rolls smoothly. The arm rests are comfortable to use as part of a full abdominal work out.

Easy to assemble, sturdy, and my abs are already questioning my decisions. The roller works smoothly and feels well-built. So far, it’s doing exactly what it promised. The only downsides are the accessories. The knee pad is so thin it feels more like a suggestion than actual padding. And the phone holder? I appreciate the optimism, but if I’m using this thing correctly, I’m too busy trying not to face-plant to watch videos. Overall, a solid ab roller that gets the job done. Just bring your own knee cushion and leave the scrolling for after the workout.

I really like this ab roller. I had a very basic “one-wheel” ab roller before this and it didn’t have the arm support so it was super uncomfortable to use and this one is so easy because of the arm supports and the double wheels. I used this for about 1 minute the day it arrived just to test it out and my abs were so sore the next day. So it def works. Putting it together only takes 2 minutes. It’s def worth $30 bucks IMO. I bought one for my nephew and one for myself.

I really like this! This actually does take weight off my shoulders. I have 3 completely ripped tendons in my right shoulder. Therefore I can not workout my arms until it all heals. I am going through treatment, but that might take a few years to heal completely. The cons that I don’t like about it is that I cannot fit my phone on the holster part between the wheels. I phone is to long. The other con is that my phone can barely fit on the upper holster between the hand grips without removing my phone from its protective case. Other than those 2 issues, I really like this and I can feel the burn in my torso are when using this.

This gadget is amazing. You can instantly feel the burn in your abdomen. Easy to use and just glides on the floor.
