Great Mop/Vacuum combo
I wanted to run this for awhile before giving a review. It took a little time to get it get every portion of my First Floor. Seemed to always miss the gap between the coffee table and the couch. But once it got that. It's been rock solid. Does great on Vac runs, and even better on the mopping. I am shocked and very pleased with it. I will say their App needs some work. Roomba App works much better. But for the price and for the features. This robot is awesome. I highly recommend it, if you are in the market for a new Robot Vac/Mop combo.Great cleaning. A+Ease of use. A+Docking station. A+Mapping BApplication. C-

A $700 Mistake — Yeedi Fails to Stand Behind Their Products
I purchased this "high-end" robot vacuum in October 2023. At $700, it was one of the more expensive home tech purchases I’ve made, and I expected premium performance and support. The vacuum vacuumed and mopped decently for a while—until the main brush motor stopped working less than a year in. The result? A very expensive machine that now spreads dirt around my home instead of cleaning it.The most frustrating part isn’t just the failure—it's the company’s response. Despite the obvious defect, I was told they don’t offer repairs, don’t sell replacement parts for internal components like the brush motor, and that my one-year warranty had just expired. So essentially, their solution is: throw it away and buy another one from us—here’s 15% off.The kicker? This model, the Yeedi Cube, is no longer available on Amazon, likely because they know how unreliable it is and don’t want the bad reviews to pile up. Yet they still had the nerve to offer me a discount on another Yeedi vacuum—as if I’d trust this company again.Bottom line: Yeedi makes disposable, overpriced products and offers zero long-term support or accountability. If something breaks, you're out of luck. Don’t make the same mistake I did. Look for a brand that stands by its products and values its customers.

Just look somewhere else. Not worth it
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this robot vacuum and mop since December 2023, and unfortunately, it has been a disappointing and frustrating experience. This was my first robot vacuum and mop, and when I bought it, it had around 4.3 stars. However, I’ve noticed the rating has dropped significantly since then. I finally decided to write my detailed review. The Bad:Obstacle Avoidance:For the first like 4 months, the robot frequently bumped into walls and furniture, and it would do it quite aggressively. It also struggled with smaller obstacles like shoes, bottles, and boxes. Since this was my first robot vacuum, I wasn’t sure if this was normal, so I watched a YouTube review, and I was shocked because the robot on the video didn't have the same issue as mine. This issue was then later fixed, I think the company released an update that massively improved the obstacle avoidance for my robot.Mapping:Mapping was another nightmare. It took three attempts to fully map all the rooms in my house. Each mapping session lasted over two hours, and it would still miss one or two rooms. I then had to wait for the robot to recharge, and try again. It was extremely frustrating. It finally succeeded on the third attempt, but it shouldn't have been this hard to complete.Loud Noise:When used on high-pressure mode, the robot gets very loud. I only use this mode in high-traffic areas like the kitchen and living room, but it’s something to be aware of if you prefer a quieter cleaning experience. The App:The app is also very poor. Separating rooms is very difficult and annoying, it took me multiple tries to get it right. And even then, I couldn’t manage to separate my living room and dining room no matter what I tried. On top of that, the app frequently times out, forcing me to close and reopen it to get it to work.Wi-Fi Connection Issues:This has been one of the most frustrating aspects. I’ve encountered Wi-Fi connection errors twice, as shown in the attached screenshot. Customer service suggested restarting my modem and unstalling and reinstalling the app, but neither worked. In the end, I had to reset the robot entirely, which erased all saved data and forced me to redo the mapping from scratch, a huge inconvenience.Mopping Performance:The mopping results are poor. I often need to have the robot mop once again the areas it missed the first time. The Good:Vacuum Performance:The vacuuming performance is decent for its price range. It picks up dirt fairly well.Customer Service:My interactions with customer service have been positive. They’re very kind, and generally helpful, even though some of their suggestions didn’t fix my issues. In the end, they gave me half my money back.Time and Effort Saving:When the robot does work, it saves me a lot of time and effort. Cleaning my entire house manually takes a long time, and the robot helps reduce that workload.Final Thoughts:I don't recommend this robot. If you’re considering a robot vacuum, I’d suggest looking at other brands that are more reliable. Save yourself the headache!

Awesome!
This this is a workhorse. 100% worth the money! We use it for vacuuming and moping our entire downstairs and it does an awesome job! We have thick shag carpet in some areas and I can block off those areas on the Yeedi app. I can also easily schedule cleanings to my choosing on the app and see where it is in its cleaning process. During the moping part, it will go back to the station and do a mop clean (every 10-20mins, you choose), and then continue on with its cleaning. You get a lot of options to choose from, like how and when to clean, how often the machine gets cleaned and dried at be dock station, etc. I also get an estimated use summary of each accessory (mop, vacuum brushes, etc) so I know when I’ll need to replace a part. The ability for the robot to carry a liter of cleaning solution is perfect, I don’t have to refill the solution every time it finishes a cleaning (500 ft2 area). I normally refill every two-three moppings, on heavy mop flow (1000-1500 sqft total).

Not Durable, good idea terrible execution
After 1 year of usage we are already in need or replacement, we bought 2 and in less than 3 months 1 of it fell off the stairs, after 7 months on both the mop pads start falling because the attachment rail broke (plastic too thin), around 9-10 months both started leaking badly, (the one that fall off stairs worse and earlier). The only part of the product we didn't struggled and actually was very convenient was the charging / cleaning station, very convenient and useful. As a comparison we bought 3-4 years ago two Samsung Robot-Vacuum, (back then didn't have a vacuum + mop), they are still working fine today and have better cleaning capability specially on carpet. Must likely will get this brand again now that they have Vacuum + Mop.
