Bought this for a flight to France as I have neck pain sitting up right for along period of time, definitely better quality then I was expecting. Memory foam pillow so is more on the hard side but it definitely has neck support with the thickness of it. The design with the clip is perfect to help fit in with your luggage for easy transportation. Definitely value for money and will be buying for other family members.

This travel pillow arrived within 18 hours of ordering, on arrival it was vacuum packed and resembled something that had been squashed and crumpled, however, once released from its confinement, the pillow started to expand into the expected shape. The ‘ends’ felt hard and rather unforgiving so I massaged them a little, there was also an area along the outside edge which was very misshapen, this also got a bit of a massage, I then left it for the seemingly recommended 24 hours.The cushion has returned to its expected horseshoe shape, it is firm and pliant, all lumps, bumps, kinks and hard bits banished! It supports the head by snugly following the contours of the neck, you can secure it into place by fastening the popper/snap fastening. The memory foam itself is housed in a soft velvety cover that is slightly stretchy, it is able to be removed and cleaned facilitated via a zip concealed in a seam on the outside edge of the cushion.I think this would be useful for travel or watching tv,, definitely recommended! I think it would be quite warm in summer, maybe pop it in the freezer for a few hours before use, possibly a cotton cloth to help with sweating but I’ll cross that bridge when I get to it or when it gets warmer!

Bought this not knowing what to expect as the reviews were mixed. When this neck pillow arrived it was very well vacuumed packed. I read the instructions which suggested leaving the pillow for 24 hours to spring back into shape. This is where other reviewers said their pillow remained ‘squashed’. Mine however, was perfect, it sprang back overnight into its proper shape. It comes in a little bag (not tried putting it back in there when not in use). It has a clasp to keep the pillow on your neck. It was comfortable to sleep with and didn’t give me neck ache which is great. My neck now has the support it needs when I sleep upright in a chair. The material is lovely and soft and can be removed for washing. Great value for money.

I was excited to use this travel pillow straight out of the bag, but it had a strong chemical/factory smell that caught me off guard. Definitely wish I’d washed it first. That said, it is soft and comfy, and the shape is nice for support. However, I realized I personally prefer something a bit sturdier—this memory foam style just isn’t for me. I think I’ll stick to the classic cotton and fluff inserts next time. Still, not a bad option if you like that plush, sink-in feel!

Ive just started suffering with mirgraines for the first time in my life and 1 of my warning signs is neck pain, i pop this on and its so comfy and surportive that i can relax and rest my head on my sofa, let it inflate first when you first get it out of the cover, which dosnt take long.

I personally didn’t like the shape of this one but it’s firm and supportive. That is just a personal preference- nothing wrong with it I just wanted it to be flat rather than curved but I wanted to use it for something different than it’s designed for.

Received yesterday, memory foam neck pillow. Looks lovely but the smell from it is disgusting. Hoping the fresh air will disperse the smell n lots of febreze !! Very disappointed.
