These are the best noodles ever! Healthy, gluten free! They came out beautifully! Quick and easy. Didn’t turn into mush. They made an amazing dinner. You can’t break them until cooked. Just the right density! Worth every penny! Will be buying again!

Best GF ramen noodle I’ve found!
I was a big fan of Maruchan instant ramen and I really missed it when I became gluten free. This is really good, a little expensive but worth it! If you’re gluten free and looking for a good ramen noodle, definitely try it! I used Samabila chicken flavoring, also gluten free and very good.

Best gluten free ramen I've tried.
Was looking for a gluten free alternative to chicken flavor Maruchan Instant Ramen and this Real Naturals gluten free brown rice ramen noodles paired with Herb-Ox Bouillon Packets Chicken Instant Broth & Seasoning really satisfied my craving for a hot bowl of chicken flavor ramen. The noodles take 6 minutes to cook as stated in the instructions and aren't gooey and don't fall apart like others I've tried. Cooked for 6 minutes you get a noodle that is deliciously chewy enough to hold on a fork. I cooked the noodles per the instructions and then added them to hot chicken broth with a chicken thigh and with a Herb-Ox seasoning packet and let them sit for an extra few minutes to absorb flavor and I had the best bowl of chicken ramen I've had in a long time. I stopped eating gluten ramen because the gluten started to bother me as I aged and I couldn't find a good gluten free alternative for a long time. I saw these noodles over a year ago but was hesitant to try them because others had been so disappointing, but I'm so glad I finally tried these and will be getting more.

Good taste but doesn't have consistently long noodles that are ideal for slurping ramen
As the noodles are cooking, if you use two forks or chopsticks to gently separate the noodles, they will cook more evenly and not be so stuck together when they're done. It appears that during manufacturing the noodles are arrayed on a much larger tray and then just cut into the block shapes for the individual packages. I think that's why they are so dense while cooking, and they require pulling apart to get them to separate. Because the noodles are cut to fit the block shape, you will have noodles that are random lengths and some can be fairly short in length. For ramen, I want long noodles! I look for gluten free noodles that are kept in long lengths which are then are arranged or formed to fit within the individual packages, as opposed to noodles that are cut just to fit the shape of the package. While this product is fine in taste, it is not my favorite for ramen because of the short lengths and additional effort to separate the noodles.

Good substitute for regular ramen/ramyeon. Great texture.
I’m a bit obsessed with ramen but being GF means limitations. Well! With this lovely product I can spruce it up anyway I want and it satisfies. I usually cook it in bone broth, add veggies and eggs (either hard boiled or raw), sometimes stir fried meats, adding heat via gochugaru and/or ginger. A little tomato paste adds a bit of flavor. Very satisfying

Gluten free ramen shoots and scores!
So glad I order these! Had not had the simple pleasure of ramen noodles for years since going gluten free. They are fantastic. Brought back lots of memories from my youth. Can be a simple broth and noodle or as complicated as you like. I added some frozen mixed veggies, some store bought roasted chicken. A touch of sesame oil, dash of fish sauce, sprinkled on some scallions. Heaven! Will be a regular buyer of these noodles. PS, get the ramen broth mix too! Makes it even easier.

So amazing and delicious!
I have celiac disease and have cooked many gluten free noodles over the years. They tend to boil with a ton of startchy, slimy residue it the water or have an odd texture. I was pretty skeptical of these, but really wanted try making homemade ramen. These blew me away. I boiled 3 packs for 2 people for 5 minutes then transfered the noodles out of the hot water into a bowl of cold water to stop the cooking and gently loosened them up. They cooked perfectly, absorbed some flavor after adding to the broth, they have perfect texture and hold together strong, do not fall apart or get mushy. We really only needed a packet of noodles each because there ended up being alot of noodles after cooking expanded them. Whoever developed these is a genius! Love them! This is a huge 60 ounce bowl in the picture. I was so full I could even finish all of it!
