Instant Ramen Texture; GF Goodness
I’m CRYING!!! These ramen noodles are SO GOOD!!! If you have celiac disease, and you miss the bouncy, chewy texture of instant ramen noodles, BUY THESE NOODLES!!! You won’t be disappointed! While these aren’t instant, they have the texture of the instant ramen you’ve been craving! Love that they’re not only GF but also vegan! While I’m not vegan, I have a friend who is both celiac and vegan. I will be recommending these to him for sure! SO DELICIOUS!!!

Gluten-free dream come true
These are the best noodles ever! Healthy, gluten free! They came out beautifully! Quick and easy. Didn’t turn into mush. They made an amazing dinner. You can’t break them until cooked. Just the right density! Worth every penny! Will be buying again!

Easy and good
A little expensive but very good texture and pretty convenient.I have to be GF but had my non-GF teen try these too to give a fair opinion. Teen approved of them. How I prepared them:Poured approx 2 cups of water in small deep pot.Added 1 T white GF miso paste.Added washed whole egg in shell.Added Ramen noodle block.Added one sliced green onions, 1 small serrano pepper deseeded, and one sweet pepper sliced thin.Brought water to a boil.Turned off burner and let steep for 12 mins.Took the egg out at 10 mins and put in ice water bath.Added noodles with part of the broth (&all the “good stuff” aka peppers/onion) to a bowl.Topped with a little garlic salt and GF Siracha sauce.Added the peeled egg back.It was delicious.

price changes, good texture gf noodles
Good, but..... in three days it went up another $2.00 in price. Ordered on 4/25 it was $16.99 and when I reordered on 4/28 it is now $18.99... these gf ramen noodles are good in terms of texture and ease of cooking. One picture us of noodles plain (so you can see the texture better). Other picture is with broth and condiments. ***keep eyes out for the price changes***

Delicious and satisfying
Absolutely delicious! My kids enjoy ramen and I always feel left out when I can’t join in. This solves my problem and my daughter agreed more delicious than hers. The texture and taste are spot on—just like regular ramen, but gluten-free. It’s rich, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying. I’ve already ordered it twice and loved it so much I added it to my subscribe & save. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a gluten-free alternative that doesn’t compromise on quality.

Excellent taste and texture
Really, really good! I like that they don't come with the high sodium seasoning packet. Very easy to add my own seasoning to broth.

Best GF ramen noodle I’ve found!
I was a big fan of Maruchan instant ramen and I really missed it when I became gluten free. This is really good, a little expensive but worth it! If you’re gluten free and looking for a good ramen noodle, definitely try it! I used Samabila chicken flavoring, also gluten free and very good.

So good I’ve purchased twice! (I cried tears of joy both times.)
I craved ramen constantly when I was pregnant, but I have celiac disease, so it felt like I’d never find something safe that actually tasted right. I’ve tried a bunch of gluten-free options, and most are either mushy, weird, or totally flavorless. This one tastes like the real thing. The noodles are perfectly chewy, the flavor is spot on, and it totally hit that comfort food craving I’d been missing for years. I seriously got emotional eating it for the first time.Only downside is you can’t just pour boiling water on it like typical instant ramen. You have to boil it on the stove. But honestly, it’s worth the extra step.If you're gluten-free and miss real ramen, try this. You won't regret it.
