This product has worked so well for me and has been such a life saver for my hormonal acne. I’m 37 years old, and it suddenly appeared out of nowhere. It was not only inconvenient but also painful and embarrassing to have to deal with again. I hadn’t experienced any issues with acne in many years. There was an initial purge period where it did seem to get somewhat worse for maybe a couple weeks, but since then my skin has been clear and the texture has improved so much! I saw some other reviews about the product with the purple label being better than the green label— Per the website, “The only difference between ClearStem's MindBodySkin (Version 1) and MindBodySkin 2 is the presence of 5-HTP. Version 1 contains 5-HTP for stress and mood support, while Version 2 is completely 5-HTP-free and designed specifically for safety.” Because I do take an anxiety medication I decided to go with the 2nd version and it has been great. Highly recommend!! I really wish I had taken a better before picture to show how bad it was, but I had tried so many products that I was almost just assuming this would be a waste of money, but it definitely wasn’t!

WORTH EVERY PENNY!! the only thing that keeps my hormonal acne at bay

I’ve been taking this supplement for months now and right now as I write this, I regret taking the supplement. I feel like it reduced my acne however, the side effects is so unpleasant. I had a 2 to 3 week gap without the medication. I noticed I didn’t have any headaches and I took this medication yesterday night before I went to bed and it kept me up until 6:30 in the morning, that’s how intense the headache was. I had to take two Tylenol’s at four in the morning, only to get some relief and wake up with this headache. After looking at other reviews before I made this purchase and looking at the package color change did I notice that other people experience headaches. I can confirm that this product does give you headaches and I’m going to look into the vitamin A toxicity claim to be more informed. Also, I know that this medication can make you nauseous and vomit. I vomited in the past and became nauseous in the past because I believe you have to take it with food. I read somewhere so I taken it with food. I’ve reduced the dosage. I wanna say I’ve been on it for about six months, but during that time that doesn’t say I didn’t go without these headaches. I was able to stop the nausea but not the headaches. Symptoms of Vitamin A toxicity? Yes, it does help manage my acne. At least I believe it does help to some capacity. if I’m breaking out or if I feel like my skin is acne prone, it does help Stop/reduce the breakouts but of course the side effects is why I’m giving it a one star and it really sucks to have to give this product a one star, i have acne i just want something to help but I have not ever had a headache this bad and experience side effects like this on supplements.

This was a last resort for my daughter's hormonal acne after seeing 3 dermatologists and trying every otc and Rx there is except for accutane. Within 2 weeks her forehead started clearing up and after 2 months she has clear skin with only an occasional pimple here and there. This is a huge win for my daughters confidence and skin health.

I sincerely hope this supplement works for others, but I have not noticed a change since beginning it about 4 months ago. I have tried to incorporate other Clearstem products too, but it’s all just getting too expensive with no major results. I’m trying prescription Tretinoin instead. Good luck to everyone just trying to find some help with stubborn acne in their 30s.
