I have been taking this supplement for a few years now, seems to help with my magnesium count

The NOW Foods Magtein supplement has made a real difference in my focus and mental clarity. After a few weeks of use, I’ve noticed improved memory and reduced brain fog. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I’ve experienced no side effects. Great supplement for cognitive support – I’ll definitely continue using it.

Be warned that you shouldTake these at night. They will make you sleepy. I thought they were in a different form and was taking them in the morning. My mistake

The difference is subtle, and it can take a couple weeks to actually feel the effect, but my sleep is more restful. It's nothing dramatic, just feels more like my mind and body are getting the rest they need. I did have a very serious problem with intense panic attacks after coming off an antidepressant a doctor prescribed me as a sleep aid. So any improvement in sleep for me is a welcome change. I also feel no ill after effects. I take two about 2-3 hours prior to sleep.

When it comes to supplements it’s hard to know if something is working or not. I chose this product because of the positive reviews others left. I take 2 daily. The only thing I can tell you is that my Apple Watch says I’m sleeping 36 more minutes in 2025 than I did in 2024. It’s gotta be this because I can’t think of anything else that’s different.
