Update: the mask will not turn on if plugged in. It will also not stay on if the battery is not charged or close to needing to be charged. It truly has been a wonderful addition to my beauty regimen.I have been researching masks for weeks. I’m 50 and was not interested in anything but red light therapy. I’ve worked hard to keep age spots at bay and blue light is known to bring up pigmentation. After reading countless reviews at multiple websites and speaking with my dermatologist I chose this mask. I’ve only used it about 6 times (recommend 5x a week for 10 minutes) and I’ve noticed a big difference in my dark circles lightening up. The mask comes with goggles and has a timer so you can relax and know it will shut off automatically in 10 minutes. It comes with a strap and fits really well. If you want other colored lights this isn’t the mask for you. It’s a powerful red only mask. Worth every penny.

Toooo expensive and just after 3 times I used it stop working and no one’s ever respond !I’ve tried to receive an answer and until know I loose completely my money

I love the ease and effectiveness of this mask. My skin looks better and although some reviewers have mentioned issues with battery life or quality, I haven’t had any. I try to use it four times a week (the more you use it, the better the results.) I have recommended this product to a few people and will continue to do so. I think it’s definitely worth the money as long as it’s used consistently.

Bulbs stop working gradually. Had it for three months and the 50% of the bulbs work. Does not last

I loved this and used it daily. Then, after almost 90 days, it wouldn't recharge. It would only light up for less than 1 minute and quit. I had to return it outside the return window and take a $ loss. Each mask says it will be under warranty for 2 yrs. Play it safe - buy the warranty.

Love it, but it does fall off my face. I think the series 2 may be better
