The media could not be loaded.  Before I got the nerve to replace my iPhone XS Max screen, I bowed out and had you break I fix, replace my screen when I broke it. The replacement they put on pales in comparison to this screen. Functions perfectly, and the blacks are super solid, and the colors, very vibrant and bright! Was not expecting to come with everything it did, the tools were fantastic, the sealant worked perfectly, and the screen glass protector was an added bonus! Even comes with a magnetic bed, so when you take apart your old iPhone screen, you have a place to hold onto the screws in the succession you remove them. Highly recommend!!

Update:[Customer Service contacted me and offered a refund after a quick response. 5 Stars for working with me.]I've been meaning to do this for months now. Shortly after installing the screen I noticed a some pixalation on the corner of the screen. The screen protector did not fit on well and was partial pealed off as it never fully griped on the screen. The screen would act up and I initially thought it was because of the screen protector not fully being on. When I later removed the screen protector I noticed it continued to act up. The pixalation is now a straight column on the right side of my screen and it continues to act up (The screen will function as if it is being touched at various locations even thought it is not. It is only getting worse. Not sure if this is a malfunctioning unit or a reflection of quality. The screen protector was definitly low quality. And to note the pixalation occured without dropping the phone or causing damage to the screen or screen protector.

As it comes in the description, it works well and in excellent condition the tools were very useful.

I fixed my screen with no issues in less than 30 minutes

Installation as it should be , straight forward and easy .It’s not that HD as it claims and colors aren’t rich. This isn’t the best screen you can get for sure.
