I received this product and I am delighted with it. It was well packaged and simple to use. The "hold" button allows you to remove an item from the scale and continues to display the weight for ten seconds. No need to try to see under the box for the correct weight. I highly recommend this product.

I like the size of this scale. The item being weighed does not obscure the weight screen. It is easy to read and is accurate. Very pleased

It does take a few seconds to register but this works great for all those recreational users that don’t believe a fourth an ounce is a fourth an ounce. Does the job and works well.

I got this as a backup postal scale to the one used with our mailing system. That system prints labels, but I wanted another one to use for letters that we apply traditional stamps to. It appears accurate when comparing the readouts to the existing scale we have. My only reason for giving it 4 stars versus 5 is the setup for the batteries is very odd. The springs are either too long or too strong in that the batteries are flying out before I can get the cover on. It took several attempts before I got it to work. Luckily I should not have to change the batteries that often, but that is something the product design folks need to address.

This is a good scale, for either postal or general purposes.It looks to be entirely plastic, with a lightly textured plastic weighing plate. There is no lip on the weighing plate.It has an adjustable auto-off function, configurable to never, after 1 minute, 3 minutes, or 5 minutes. It can also be re-calibrated if you have scale calibration weights. The display backlight is not adjustable.It takes 4 AA batteries, which are included in the box. My only minor complaint is that the battery compartment has no dividers or molded plastic supports to keep the batteries in the right spot. It's just a rectangular pocket, sized to fit 2 rows of 2 AA batteries. Due to the conductive springs at either end of the compartment, the batteries want to jump upwards and out of the compartment unless you have the lid halfway on before putting the batteries in and then quickly closing the lid after you get them in place. It's a little tricky at first, but not really a problem.Otherwise, the scale is great and very useable.

I'm a small business owner with a Shopify store. This is a nice scale for anyone who does regular shipping (online sellers) and needs accurate package weights. The display is clearly visible, and I like that it operates without USB cords (batteries were included). The weight function seems accurate and consistent my other postal scale. You can easily switch you unit of measure. The only limitation I see is the 25 lb limit. If you typically only send smaller packages as I do, this is not an issue at all, however some sellers might find it problematic. Overall, nice product.

I've been using this one for the last couple weeks.It replaces a white one that I got at the cheap tool store (rhymes with "barber great"... lol). I loved that scale, but it finally failed after several years. This scale is identical in shape to that scale (except that the other one was white and the buttons were a little different), so I was hoping that this scale would be pretty much identical to that one.I love that it uses a battery. Rechargeable things are overrated. They stop working when you need them and you can't use it until it charges back up. Not the case with this scale.One nice thing about this is that it holds the weight a good while. I hit the tare button and then when I come back a bit later, it's still holding that weight for me. I like that.My only issue I really have with this, and it's kind of big for me, is that there is only 1 digit to the right of the decimal when using Ounces. So I can measure 2.5 or 2.6, but not 2.55. That's a big bummer, so reducing by a star.Otherwise, it's a decent scale.Hope this was helpful.

This is a great scale for shipping packages.In my test, it's accurate to +/- 1 g which is more than sufficient for packages.The installations of battery can be tricky since it doesn't stay in place and requires the cover for the battery compartment to lock the battery in place, otherwise, the batteries will be sprung out.Also, it is a bit bulky.
