I'm happy and so are my plants.This was the perfect diy. The top hooks were to small for my apartments wooden deck so I broke the tops off and used zip ties and voila

The brackets are fine I did not realize they are smaller than most of the baskets at buy.

Holds onto railing extremely well
Super sturdy and held onto balcony railing even in the windiest of winds. Love that they elevate the plants to eye level and I can see them easily out of the windows. Now looking for 8 inch pot holders as some plants need a bigger pot this year!
