My daughter was diagnosed with celiac and must be 100% gluten free. This was tragic for a baker like myself. I tried multiple gluten free flours and this one beats all else, plus it comes from the UK, so I love that the ingredients are processed with less chemicals. I have made a pumpkin roll, cupcakes, cake and biscuits with this flour. While most gluten free flours leave your baked goods dense and dry this flour is the right mix to all for your baked goods to be moist and fluffy. My pumpkin roll using this flour was so moist and soft.My only complaint is that I wish it came in a bigger bag!

This flour was recommended in a cook book I received. It was a great blend and so happy to find a new flour that works well with all my gluten free cooking

Tastes very good and bakes up well! Worth it to import if you're picky, less thirsty than c4c and flavour wise comparable to (maybe even a little more wheat-y than) King Arthur. Only a kilo, so it won't go that far, but enough for a couple of cakes.

Be aware a normal size bag is 5lbs. I feel like I spent waaay too much for this

The media could not be loaded. This flour was expensive but packaged very poorly. The bag split apart and there was flour all over my order. This isn't returnable and there's no option to replace this. What a complete waste of money. DO NOT BUY
