Great value
I take this for my heart. It's a great value, NEVER upset my stomach, and it does it's job of helping my blood flow. 81 mgs. doesn't cut it or help at all. Do your homework. I have ordered this in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

Used for years
It may be all in my head but I like the orange coating that SHOWS me it’s coated to protect my stomach. I used to buy Kirkland brand but they haven’t been available for a long time. These are basically the same and I’m always able to find this brand at a decent price.

Great Value. An Effective Alternative To Brand Name
This is a review of the ValuMed enteric coated aspirin. ASIN B077CT71MX Manufacturer reference 60531-4. These are manufactured at Time-Cap Labs, Inc., Farmingdale, NY. Bottled and distributed elsewhere. Each orange colored enteric coated tablet is 325 mg. There is a faint "T" imprint on one side of each tablet, the opposite side is blank. (See pictures).I was tired of paying premium prices for Ecotrin. I found the price for the number of pills - approximately 2 cents a pill but it can vary - a better alternative.I found no significant difference in pain relief nor in duration of relief between these and the name brand.I strongly believe in the need for the enteric coating. Why? The alleged "safety coating" just prevents any aspirin from immediately dissolving in my mouth or on the way down. I have a sensitive stomach. The enteric coating makes a critical difference for me. I am at that stage when I occasionally need help relieving aches in my joints, facilitate movement. I do not care for the side effects of some of the other NSAIDS which may offer increased pain relief or longer duration. These provide relief of mild to moderate pain for me - like headaches. Not severe pain. Be clear.I do not use these for clot prevention, though that is one of its actions. That said, there are nuances to use of enteric coating. Among its other effects Aspirin inhibits prostaglandins which contribute to pain, fever, redness, inflammation. Prostaglandins also help preserve the mucosa of the stomach. That enteric coating helps bypass the stomach so it dissolves in the small intestine. It gets tricky. Per Mayo Clinic the absorption in the blood stream can be reduced that way. Better absorption in the stomach - if you can tolerate that.A few general aspirin caveats.Like any other OTC medication this is to be used judiciously. Not abused.Be mindful of what you ingest. Or imbibe. There are natural salicylates. Like in blueberries. Salicylates delay blood clotting. So other supplements - like the Omega 3's that are so beneficial.Enteric coated aspirin is a fixture in my health care maintenance and preservation. This brand is effective and reasonably priced. A sufficient quantity that for my typical use all will be consumed before the generous expiration date is reached. Just remember. You are the only one who will look out for your best interests. Be mindful. Judicious use.

Asprinin is Aspirin
The coating probably doesn't help my stomach, but I fool myself in to thinking it does. It's nice not to have to taste it while it's in your mouth. The coating makes it easier to swallow, and the value is great. Pain relief is normal or better.
