Gluten Dairy Enzyme, 60 Capsules

I’m intolerant to dairy and gluten but occasionally will have a pizza and some other inflammatory foods (I’m only human!). This product has helped me tremendously, it’s honestly the best enzyme combo I’ve ever had. It’s not cheap so I save it for special occasions.

Was having real gluten related issues but since buying and taking these everything has been sorted. Hope it remains that way!

There are other products on the market, so individuals have to find which one suits their body best, as well as being comfortable for the wallet. The pills are easy to take with no after taste and can be taken after a meal, but should be taken before.

I've personally seen a good benefit in my own experience using this product but individual experiences may vary. You get 60 capsules for £40, which is rather pricey but for the benefit I think it can be justified if you truly do need a gluten dairy enzyme. I do trust Pure with regard to keeping their labels clean and without unnecessary additives, which is very important to me with regard to supplementation. I would spend my own money on this.

These are from a well known and trusted brand so I felt comfortable with the brand reputation when getting these. The packaging is simple and plain, but very easy to read and see the ingrediants and instructions. These are targeted for use with digestion of gluten and dairy and whilst only speaking for my personal circumstances these helped with bloating and uncomfortableness after eating. I do not have any diagnosed intolerances, just wanted to try these to see if they were helpful. I take these with water and swallow them straight down, so I don't taste anything. Overall these seem very expensive to me, especially as I do not have a diagnosed issue, but they do seem to have helped, and if I had regular challenges I would see these as worth the money
