Well worth the money
Any real car buff will love this fantastic book. The authors went the extra mile and the details for each model was beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend purchasing this. It was worth the wait and certainly worth the money!

Awesome gift for a true car person
I got this for my husband for Christmas. He loves cars and is always googling pictures of cars to show me what he’s talking about. I had fun flipping through it while I was wrapping it. The captions are interesting to read even for a non-car person. He’s spent several hours reading this book already, he loves it so much.

Brillantly written and designed book with great photographs of absolute icons in the car industry, from ancient to top modern. It is finally a NEUTRAL book, not trying to present any bigger manufacturer as better than any other. It is not car industry sponsored and feels like a very independent read. Great book, great quality. Thank you.

This is a very large book, which contains a lot of information, though not especially well written – it's OK, but not worth writing home about. Reducing the size a bit, to a bookshelf-friendlier format (it just does not fit at all), would have made it better. Would also look and feel better with a matte cover, feels a bit cheaply finished for the substantial price. After reading less than a quarter of the book, already I have found 3 factual errors about cars I am familiar with – who knows how many other errors lurk among these pages? (...the Cord 812 and the Auburn Speedster did not have long bonnets because of their "long" V-8s – V8s are compact, and these cars had in-line 8s. And the Morris Minor does not have independent suspension all around – the rear axle is very much a live one.)

Très peu de texte, photos pas supers... Renvoyé

No good reason to buy this book unless it is one of very few automotive books you will own. If you have a reasonably complete automotive library, this book is not for you. The information in this book is very basic and readily available elsewhere.
