These are the best toe separators ever!!! I wear the large toe separators and they really do the job for my big toe and the toe next to it. I've started wearing one size large on my big toe, and it does the job in keeping the two toes apart. If you're on the fence, buy these! They are a good price and really great! I also have worn these on my second toe, I alternate. The directions indicate to wear these for an hour or so at first, I think I wore mine for about 3 hours the first day. I've even worn while sleeping. Great toe separators, I'm so glad I found these, that I ordered another pair. Awesome, awesome, awesome. Thank you!

Very comfortable to wear Hasn’t fixed my bunion by any means But it does give my crowded first two toes some comfort
