Quality eyeliner pencil which goes the distance
Excellent eye liner which gives a good colour and stays out....hasn't run at all...and for a reasonable price . Will be buying again

Good quality waterline eyeliner lasts a very long time and is really pigmented and doesn’t smudge even when my eyes are tearing up.
