Good electric standing desk
I've been looking for a standing desk for a while and took a gamble with this one. I liked the four legs (most standing desks have two legs) and the low price. I looked at a couple of Ikea desks but they were more expensive and lacked a vital feature that I wanted. I wanted a "standing" and "sitting" button since I really didn't like having to hold the up and down buttons when I tested desks in Ikea. Assembly is fine. I did it myself (alone). It would be easier with another pair of hands but it can be done by one person. There aren't too many parts in the (heavy) box since the top comes in two parts (some desktops come in four parts). It took me around an hour to assemble it once I had everything out of the box. Once assembled it's very stable laterally and front to back. Some (many?) desks with two legs wobble. I wanted four legs for stability but also because the desk is in my living room/kitchen (I live in an apartment) and four legs looks nicer than two. I've been asked if it was difficult to assemble the motors but you don't assemble the motors. Each motor is part of each half of the frame. You simply join the frames and the motors are good to go. The control panel has five buttons: up, down, sit, stand and reset. It's very easy to program your preferred heights for sitting and standing. The desk is quiet when operated. I've given it five stars because of its price. But there are some niggles. The buttons on the control panel aren't the most responsive. They work but you have to press and hold for a second or two (or three). Maybe this is deliberate to prevent accidental touches but it's frustrating at times. Also, the supplied top (which come in two parts) is basic. There's nothing wrong with it but it has a basic white veneer. If you're looking for a fancy top, look elsewhere. My final niggle is the speed of the motors (there are two motors, which is unusual on a cheap desk) is so-so. I thought it was a little slower than the Ikea desks I tested. There is no collision detection (which stops height adjustment when an obstacle is detected). The height adjustment is fine. I'm 5'9 and it can go much higher than I need. The minimum height is OK but not as low as some (fine for my needs). The desk comes with a three year guarantee for the motors and one year for the frame and top. Some desks have much longer guarantees. The frame and top feel robust so I won't lose sleep over the limited guarantee. I didn't like the idea of the top coming in two halves but it's OK. The split is down the middle where my keyboard and monitor sit so the line is barely noticeable. Many cheap desks come with tops in three or four parts so this one is better (and easier to assemble). Overall, I'm pleased with it. I knew when I ordered it that it wasn't top of the range but I wasn't willing to spend £600-800 for a superior desk. It's better than I expected for what I paid. I'm sure you won't be disappointed if you, like me, want to try-out an electric standing desk. All in all, it's five stars given the ease of assembly, build quality, features and price. But get yourself a ratchet screwdriver and bit-set to speed up assembly (it comes with very basic tools). UPDATE: The control panel appears to go to sleep when not used so I've discovered it's best to press the button twice (once to waken, once to carry out the action) rather than holding it down. This is only necessary when you've not used the control panel for a while.

A Game-Changer for my Work Setup!
I recently purchased the electric standing desk with dual modes – sitting and standing – and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. This desk has truly transformed my workspace and my daily routine. Assembly: First and foremost, the assembly process was a breeze. The instructions were clear and concise, and I was able to put it together on my own without any hassle. I appreciate when products are user-friendly right from the start. Sturdiness: One of my main concerns with a standing desk was its stability, especially when extended to the standing mode. I'm pleased to report that this desk is incredibly sturdy. It doesn't wobble or shake, even when I have my monitor, keyboard, mouse, and other accessories on it. It's built to last, which is a huge plus in my book. Dual Modes: The ability to switch between sitting and standing modes with just the push of a button is fantastic. It's a game-changer for me, especially during long workdays. I find that switching to a standing position from time to time helps reduce fatigue and improves my overall posture. The motor is quiet, so it doesn't disrupt my workflow. Ergonomics: The desk's height adjustment range is impressive, catering to both my sitting and standing preferences. This has significantly improved my comfort and productivity. I've noticed less strain on my back and neck since I started using this desk. In summary, this electric standing desk has exceeded my expectations. It's easy to assemble, sturdy, and the dual modes make it a versatile addition to any workspace. If you're looking to invest in a standing desk, I highly recommend this one. It's been a game-changer for my work setup, and I can't imagine going back to a traditional desk.

Very good value
This desk is excellent value if you can get it at one of the discounted/sale prices they often run. It’s more stable than most desks because it has 4 legs. Once assembled it’s sturdy and feels like decent quality. Assembly is tedious but not difficult. One step that’s tricky is it wants you to place the whole table upside down to screw the top to it. I found it much easier to keep it all upright and screw it from underneath. The holes are all pre-drilled and really nice thought has gone into assembly. In fact more thought has gone into the engineering for self assembly than to the manual, which could have done with being clearer. There are 3 niggles I have with the desk. First is that the top comes in 2 pieces so there’s a crack down the middle of the desk when assembled. I will solve this to some extent by putting in some black silicone which is how it would be addressed on a kitchen worktop. Second (and really annoying) is that the cable that connects the dual motors is not long enough to route around the frame the way it shows in the instructions. It has to go straight across the underneath of the table and the plastic clips for attaching it are very sticky so it ends up dangling down. After contacting support they said the cables are all the same length, so the worktop should have a channel routed into it to take the short cable, ideally. Third is that the motors are really slow. I had a table top electric sit stand desk that went up and down a lot faster. So do the desks I have used in various office environments. This one takes about twice as long to reach position, but the saving grace is that it has ‘sit’ and ‘stand’ buttons that mean you don’t have to keep your finger on the button. This would be a 5-star superb desk if it wasn’t for the niggles. It’s still really good and much more competitively priced against its rivals so I’d buy it again faced with the same choice in future

Great value for a first time standing desk
After clearing out space in my room, I finally decided that I was going to treat myself to a standing desk for a change. I had done a lot of research to find what was worth getting for the best value, and kept coming across this desk. Although I was sceptical at first, I decided to make the purchase. I'm more than happy with what I got. A lot of the time, I find myself in situations where I wish the desk were slightly lower or higher when using my computer. I can do that with ease using the height-adjust system, quickly going from sitting at the desk to a more aligned posture and less strain on my back. What makes it more convenient is that, in addition to being able to raise it to allow me to be at the desk standing comfortably, it also makes getting access under the desk to either do cable management or to get to boxes that I might have stored underneath easier to get to, and not having to bang my head much underneath. I opted for the 180 x 110cm after measuring how much room I had to work with, and it has been great to have so much space that I can easily fit my whole setup, as well as extra bits like my music equipment, without feeling cluttered. When it came to assembling the desk, I found the instructions clear and understandable, and managed to finish it myself. I can say that I love that they had all the entry points for the screws clearly marked to know where I needed to screw everything together and make it nice and secure. The desk's material feels nice and secure, and for stability, I have found it very secure with little to no wobble, which was a big concern for me when deciding on a standing desk. For my first standing desk purchase, I discovered what makes these desks so great: having both standing and sitting modes makes it easy to change height quickly. This feature helped me find a more comfortable setup. It’s also easier to access under the desk and manage cables. The price I paid—£209.99, reduced by a £70 voucher from £279.99—was more than worth it. My friends and family have been impressed with both its performance and design. A friend even ordered one for himself after seeing how well it worked. The availability of multiple sizes was a key benefit, as he needed a smaller one and appreciated having options.

Very good value, sturdy desk
Very good value, sturdy desk. I have dual monitor plus a laptop and it smoothly raises up and down. Only minor niggle is the desk top is 2 peices with a join in the middle. I was torn between this and the E7 but glad I saved my money and got this one as it really is rather good.

Does the job, better than I expected
I had been looking for a sit/stand desk for a while now & I was really interested in a Flexispot desk, so when this desk went on sale (I bought it for £200) I thought now was probably the best time to get one. Purchasing was fine, as I've come to expect from Amazon. This wasn't a prime order, so it did take a couple of days for the tracking to update, however it seems that it was slightly delayed as DPD had received the notification of shipping on the Monday, but the desk itself didn't arrive into the DPD network until early Wednesday morning so I didn't receive the desk until Thursday. The packaging was more than enough (could be quite heavy to get into the house depending if DPD just leave it on the doorstep) The one oddity was that because the desk comes in two parts (desk itself and then the top) they arrived on different DPD routes. Luckily the desk arrived first so I was able to build the frame and then put the top on when it arrived. Building the desk was fine. I'm not really one for DIY or flatpack but it was simple enough. Some of the instructions could have been clearer, but nothing too confusing. I will say that if you're planning to use a manual screwdriver, that there are around 20 screws to go from the desk into the top itself so perhaps a power screwdriver or something else. I did also find that putting all of the screws in some of the way was better than screwing each screw completely to help with the alignment. The desk top seems sturdy enough although, even making sure that the two pieces lined up perfectly I'm still left with a slight lip. The two pieces doesn't really bother me as I use a desk mat and the line is in the middle so doesn't get in the way. The height of the desk when fully extended was higher than I expected. I'm 5'10 & at the max height, the top came to just under my shoulders. I wouldn't recommend being at full height as the desk does loose some stability but this is more if you decide to rock the desk side to side rather than front to back. I was also a bit concerned about the weight limit, but again it seems fine. I think if I was going away for more than a couple of nights, I'd be tempted to put the desk to the lowest it could go just for some peace of mine. All in all a good purchase and a good price. The main cost is probably the frame, as it looks like you could get your own top if you preferred. My only slight concern is that I don't think this is Flexispot as I've not been able to find anything on a google search (apart from this listing, and from other 3rd party sites) and there is no branding on the desk at all, which from a brand like Flexispot I'd have expected. No issue, but could raise some alarm bells and I do wonder if Flexispot have authorised this/are aware of it.

Great table!
Really good desk. Solid build quality. Assembly instructions very clear. Overall a great product! It had really good range on the frame so can accommodate most heights. Only niggle is the motor power cable is a bit short for where I have my desk, but was able to overcome this by getting a cable management tray and putting an extention cable there and connecting the motor power cable to it.

Great Table
I love it. Easy to build, fairly cheap and very adjustable. The table top could be a bit more sturdy/thicker. But as the main product is the adjustable base it doesn't really matter as you can easily exchange top.

ottimo prodotto

Solid, stable, high enough
Great product, easy installation, solid. Just missing a UK plug, but the seller kindly put an adapter in the box. I’m 1.83 m tall and the highest/lowest heights fit perfectly sit/stand modes. Overall, great product and quality.
