I own a few insulated bottle & mugs like Stanley, YETI, Hydro Flask, etc, but this is so far the best and most practical water bottle! 1. It keeps hot/cold temperature well for a long time. 2. Easy to drink from bottle, and actually feels like drinking from a well ergonomic designed cup, no spill. 3. Easy to clean. It has 3 parts: bottle 1pc + 2pcs of lid. I think this is easier to clean than other brands I have. 4. It close and lock well, no more fear that it will leak or spill out. 5. Fits in car cup holder, 6. I can put in my purse 7. Looks sleek and nice color +texture (mine is white 24oz). Japanese designes product is always well thought, well design, good quality!

I purchased these for my wife and I for Christmas (I got the Navy one), seeing as our old tumblers were about 8 years old.We both are impressed with the thoughtful design & build quality. Cold water stays cold all day in these. The drinking stopper is brilliantly designed so as to not spill when you're drinking from it, unlike other brands. Impressive. For motoring, they Fit consoles in a 1994 S10 and 2006 Altima perfectly and stay put. I'm glad I did some serious shopping before purchasing instead of getting sucked-in to other overpriced options whose name I will not mention.It stays cold! But that stopper has one negative issue that I'm NOT happy with. One day I poured hot coffee in the bottle, took a drink or two, and then headed to town on some errands....forgetting the bottle. I only filled it to the level directed by the company, took a few drinks, put it down, and then later than day returned home (to still hot coffee).... and washed the unit, but sadly the rubber stopper absorbed the coffee flavor. Nothing like drinking ice cold water that's overshadowed with a coffee essence. Not my bag, YUCK. I know the company has some cleaner for these things....but seems to be unobtainable on Amazon. What I did was wash out the mug and stopped with some warm water and 7th gen dish detergent; but the stopper still smelled and tainted the fresh water.Next step was to rub the stopper with some white vinegar and, while not completely eradicated, the coffee essence is much subdued. maybe I'll try soaking the stopper in white vinegar overnight. If the company is reading this I'd be happy for some assistance. The tumbler itself cleaned beautifully and does not whatsoever retain a coffee flavor & odor. Only the rubber(?) stopper mouth that's removable for cleaning. If we can conquer this issue, I'd give it 5 solid stars. So far no leaks whatsoever. Zojirushi makes a fantastic product that only needs one adjustment as I've already outlined.

Slim, well made, holds a full 24 oz and keeps stuff hot. Love the lock on the lid. Although I have had it for a short while, it appears that the lid will last a good bit of time. Highly recommend. I bought this because of my good experiences with other Zojirushi products. Will continue to support companies that make good quality stuff!

Stays cold forever, and i mean FOREVER - lid seals really well and because of how its a two piece design, its really easy to keep clean. Very compact compared to other 24oz bottles ive owned, lid lock and mechanism work very well. Outer paint coating can be susceptible to damage over time, I recommend stainless finish or covering it in stickers or something to help with that. Yet to have it leak at all.

One handed use. (As long as your wrist is okay with 32.4 ounces, that is). Fantastic insulation. Sleek looks. Lockout to eliminate accidental opening. What's not too like?We have all the high-end brands, but the Zoji's are our favorite. Haven't tried the flip handle ones yet, but they may be next. So far, we've bought the 12-ounce, 16-ounce, 20-ounce, and now the 32.4-ounce. Love them all.The ice last for days. At least in the house and the car. Haven't left them on the beach for days. The wife would kill me if I left them behind.Anyway, these are our favorites. Oh, and they are super easy to clean. The cap assembly pops apart for easy cleaning. Five stars!

Customer service is excellent - as always. I promptly got a refund. I’m giving it a five star, because I’ve already had the same bottle for a long time. Keeps water hot for many, many hours. This one was ordered for a friend.

Although my coffee is generally made by 7:30 in the morning its still piping hot at noon in this travel mug.
